CoSupport AI doesn’t provide the access to the LLMs through API. This was one of the main arguments in favor of collaborating with them. We wanted to find a company that builds its own models and the systems that support them. Because, in my opinion, this provides more guarantees of data security and effectiveness. Judging by the accuracy of the answers my colleagues receive from this BI tool, we made the right decision.
