We have Google for Nonprofits and desperately needed help with our AdWords campaigns as well as SEO for our website.

We received a stellar review from an advisor.

CosmoDoggo helped us set goals including a new structure with the proper keyword strategy and the new ad copy for Google AdWords. They laid out a plan for our website optimization including adding meta description tags to all of our web pages. They even met with our marketing team to align our SEO/SEM strategy with our overall ConnectHER marketing plan!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website traffic as increased significantly since working with CosmoDoggo. They did a SEO audit to fix all technical issues found with the site. The CosmoDoggo team suggested including a landing page on our website for one of our key campaigns and we've seen traffic increase drastically.

These guys know what they are doing with AdWords and keywords. We Their keyword mapping on AdWords has resulted in increased, direct traffic to targeted web pages. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They are awesome.

They've been fantastic at meeting deadlines. They always give us weekly updates and are very knowledgeable when we ask questions. They are great communicators.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their overall knowledge of the industry for sure. They are much more knowledgeable than anyone we have worked with in the past.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have been great.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a marketing manager at Spartivento Group. Our company rents boats and acts as a dealer for some boat brands. We also have our own fleet.

What challenge were you trying to address with CosmoDoggo?

We hired CosmoDoggo to create our new websites in addition to taking care of our SEO and paid advertising.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

CosmoDoggo developed our websites on Webflow and WordPress. These sites showcased the types of holidays that people could have and places where they could sail. There wasn’t a specific booking system, but we did have a questionnaire to help users determine which boats would be best for them.

Now, they’re responsible for the digital marketing side. They’ve optimized the site text for SEO and are also responsible for Google Ads as well as Facebook and Instagram ads.

What is the team composition? 

We work with three people. Lorenzo (Co-Founder & Digital Strategist) manages our communication around our commercial accounts. I often talk to Pierre (Co-Founder) who is in charge of our SEO and ads. Then, there’s a third person who takes care of the website.

How did you come to work with CosmoDoggo?

They sent us an initial audit to propose what we could do to improve our online presence. The approach was very kind and professional, and it was a free service. That’s how we saw the potential in their abilities.

How much have you invested with them?

The website creation and initial site optimization cost around €5,000 (approximately $6,000 USD). From there, we pay a monthly fee of €500 (approximately $600 USD) once we activate our ads.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked together since March 2020 and are still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with them, we’ve started to receive more customer requests through our site. The new request form is very comprehensive and easy to use, even for people who haven’t heard of us. With the ads, we’re getting fewer leads, but they’re higher quality. People come to us already knowing about our products.

How did CosmoDoggo perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed well. The team answers quickly whenever we have an issue or a new project to tackle (i.e., website ads or campaigns), and we’re always informed on how things are going. Twice a month, they send us a report on how our ads are doing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s really easy to work with them. You don’t have to ring them a bunch of times to get an answer. It’s as if they were just an internal colleague that you could ask for help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d suggest being more precise on certain aspects, but, then again, I’m very keen on precision.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

CosmoDoggo is a nice company to work with if you’re interested in having a close relationship with your partner. You can just grab your phone to ring them or shoot an email, and they’ll be there for you. You won’t have to chase them down.

We hired CosmoDoggo to help with Google Ads campaigns. We had a challenge with our lead generation strategy.

The team at CosmoDoggo created a strategy to reach out to people who were interested in our services. Along with Google Ads, they assisted with keyword research and ad copy. Their team was involved in the entire process of building the strategy, and then on our side, we’re taking care of the campaigns’ organization.

They reached out to us because we’re a French company that’s based in their city. After meeting them, we decided to work together.

Our engagement lasted a few weeks from March–April 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We recently launched the campaign, but I’m happy with all of the work they did. Their team understood our challenges and were committed to understanding our goals. They did a great job with keyword research, making sure they were aligned with what we’re doing. They also looked at our industry to see how others are approaching ad copy. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with what CosmoDoggo did.

How did CosmoDoggo perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they were great. We usually had calls during our workshops and worked with Notion to keep everything documented. I had easy access to everything we were working on. Throughout the engagement, they were extremely reactive. They always followed-up and kept me in the loop.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at CosmoDoggo doesn’t see their customers as clients but as partners. They want to see their customers succeed. Their team focuses on knowing their clients’ challenges to ensure they’re going in the right direction.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything to say about that. It’s been well.

I would advise them to listen to their advice.
