We wanted to establish a dependable fulfillment base within Germany to support our expansion throughout the EU—especially during seasonal peaks like Black Friday and Christmas, where CROWNLY CRYSTAL® performs strongly.

4. Ensure High-Level Inventory Accuracy and Transparency

One of our key goals was to maintain precise stock records, quick inbound processing, and real-time visibility of inventory to support our multi-market Amazon operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cosity Logistik Fulfillment GmbH manages a comprehensive fulfillment and logistics workflow for KIES HOME LTD and our CROWNLY CRYSTAL® brand. The scope of work covers all essential operational steps required to support our Amazon EU sales channels efficiently and reliably. The main areas of responsibility include:

1. Inbound Receiving and Storage
Cosity was responsible for receiving incoming shipments from our production facilities, unloading pallets, checking quantities, and storing inventory safely in an organized manner.

2. Quality Checks and Verification
Part of their role included basic inspection of incoming goods to ensure packaging integrity and correct labeling before items were processed for fulfillment.

3. Order Fulfillment (Picking, Packing, and Dispatching)
Cosity managed the complete order fulfillment workflow:
• Picking products accurately according to order details
• Packing them securely following our brand guidelines
• Handing parcels to designated courier partners in a timely manner

4. FBA Preparation Services
For Amazon FBA shipments, Cosity was responsible for preparing cartons according to Amazon’s strict requirements, including:
• Applying FNSKU labels
• Ensuring carton labels are readable and correctly placed
• Consolidating, sealing, and palletizing shipments based on Amazon FC specifications
• Arranging truck collections when needed

5. Inventory Management and Reporting
Cosity handled stock tracking, inventory counts, and updates so that we had clear visibility over available units, inbound goods, and outgoing shipments across all EU marketplaces.

6. Returns Handling (Where Applicable)
They provided support for receiving and sorting customer returns and restocking or disposing of items based on our instructions.
