Please describe your company and your position there.

Shivdas and sons is a recognized utensil store in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I am the manager of sales and advertisement in the firm since 5 years. My main target is creating firm awareness and gathering new customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Corpzone Services Pvt Ltd?

We hired CorpZone Services with an aim to grow ourself digitally on social media platforms. We also wanted to rank ourselves better on Google organically so that it can help us in the long run.

What were your goals for this project?

The basic goal was obviously boosting business and make more profit but at the same time we wanted to create our firm's awareness to the local audience because it was a good way to give some competition to the fellow shopkeepers.

How did you select this vendor?

We saw CorpZone Services by randomly searching for digital marketing solutions. Further, we found that the company had some really good trained professionals and the prices asked were extremely reasonable.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

On finalizing the company, we had multiple meetings for better coordination and monthly targets. Also, the company told me about PPC Services and asked me to try the service once. We agreed to the service because it would give us some great business and a rise in the firm's awareness.

We had a tremendous response after one month from the company and we grew too much more than we invested. Being Satisfied we continued to avail the service.

What was the team composition?

We were in direct contact with the team leader, Mr. Ashwini and were provided weekly reports on each and everything whether it be social media engagements, website traffic growth, or new leads by PPC. We were not directly involved with any other member from CorpZone but we were provided all that we demanded.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main of boosting business and creating awareness was achieved. We came across many new customers which told us that they heard about us by some facebook or Instagram post which made them be to us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All we wanted was positive results, we discussed each and everything before starting the actual marketing. We were told that we will be getting much more business than we invested and positive awareness on our target audience.

The Company also made a positive impact on many people that fetch them to us. Since we were always a call away from CorpZone, we were immediately responded by them on any issue that interrupted.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The thing that impressed us the most was quick and effective results. We never felt that we were wasting money on marketing and not getting satisfactory results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

A bit of improvement can be done on time. I completely understand that quality is much more important because 1 regular customer is better than 2 one time customers. They helped us build trust on customer's mind which requires time.
