Corporate Edge was born out of the need to address issues of change and development within teams and individuals. More and more it has become apparent to us that for businesses and individuals to succeed in the 21st century they must not only embrace change but also become the catalysts for change.
Managing change is perhaps the most important skill a manager, an individual, can master.
Inherent in the process of change are feelings of fear, denial, and anxiety. How can a manager, an individual, embrace and effect change when all these emotions are present?
We believe that our coaching model responds to the needs of teams and individuals by addressing the underlying concerns, feelings and focusing on the opportunity that change invariably brings.
It honors, celebrates and puts to work the gifts and talents of each individual and highlights the importance of them within the team. Once an individual recognizes their worth and that the fear they feel is actually holding them (and the team) back then we can move onto looking at the issues present: That's the Edge!
