Additionally, they integrated key features such as work order tracking, data capturing, process sequencing, and logic generation, significantly improving the system's efficiency.

CoreTechs Solutions streamlined our project management by transitioning from Google Sheets to a structured Asana board. We held biweekly half-hour calls to discuss progress, with additional meetings as needed, and maintained communication through Slack. Their team was highly responsive and set clear, realistic timeline expectations.

Additionally, they provided multiple cost models, and we opted for a week-by-week exploratory pricing structure. While I had some questions about billing differences between junior and senior developers, I ultimately chose not to ask. Overall, their approach was well-organized and transparent.
