Here's how an engagement goes: 

  1. We meet for a couple hour confidential, free meeting with no obligation to discuss your business. We ask questions to understand your present situation, issues, opportunities, and goals. At that meeting, we present a rough plan to achieve your your goals and test that against the 10X minimum payback. If we both can't agree that the plan is credible and probable, we "shake hands" and part ways. You will learn valuable infomation about your business in those two hours even if we don't engage.
  2. If the plan fits, we engage. Engage means we set up implementation of the plan, review times each month, and you have opportunity to contact us in between meetings to review new issues and opportunities, discusso results, or celebrate successes.

Computer Consultant Team is managed IT services firm that focuses on strategic process improvement by providing our customers access to the right data, to the right people at the right time to grow and succeed in their rapidly changing, fast-paced markets


For what projects/services did your company hire Core Money Engine?

We were ready to get to the next level in revenue and in customer size. CCT needed a dual emphasis on growing ownership and leadership to accomplish these goals. Core Money Engine provided support in operations and sales processes as well as regular education for leaders and owners to change their thinking about next steps.

What were your goals for this project?

Increase annual revenue by over 30% per year while lowering costs so that net profits would rise to over 15%.


How did you select this vendor?

We met with Wayde and his team on a few occasions to discuss "what if" scenarios that encouraged us to investigate their background. We had seen Wayde provide valuable service to others in our sphere and were interested in enjoying those same benefits in our business.

Describe the project in detail.

Following an initial meeting to discuss the scope of the project and the roles of participants - Wayde and Jay worked to help us develop our vision, values, and customer avatar and then helped us to publish these to our staff and customers, and prospects.

Next we worked together as a team to fix some glaring operations issues and progressed through the business to align all business aspects with these core beliefs.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of all Computer Consultant Team leadership members and Wyade Nelson and Jay Duquette. Often we would be referred to specific specialists by Wayde and Jay to resolve issues that were on our list to address.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Computer Consultant Team grew by 40% in 2019. In addition, we improved accounting operations that allowed us to perform monthly financial reporting and annual tax filings on time and without surprises.

The project provided the structure for ownership to focus on sales growth and strategic partnerships while operations was given the freedom to deliver quality through standardization and training of processes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Through the use of twice-monthly meetings and training sessions, the workflow was easy and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?
