I’m the executive director of a property investment services and management firm. I’m responsible for running the sales consulting team, as well as our mortgage broking business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Copilot Crew?

With the increased competition in the marketplace, we wanted to better communicate our services and offerings to potential clients, as well as demonstrate the value that we create through our work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Copilot Crew provides us with ongoing digital marketing services. We’ve worked on two online campaigns, and they manage a lot of our social media advertising efforts and lead generation activities on Facebook and Instagram.

Other than that, they manage our Google AdWords as part of our strategy.

What is the team composition?

We mainly work with their directors.

How did you come to work with Copilot Crew?

They were hired by one of my business partners, so I wasn’t really involved in the selection process.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $350,000 AUD (approximately $230,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in May 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our marketing event-driven sales have been trending up on a monthly basis since partnering with Copilot Crew.

How did Copilot Crew perform from a project management standpoint?

I find their team prompt and on time with their deliverables, and they’re also excellent communicators.

We typically interact through email, phone, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with how they were able to quickly understand our business. Because of that, they can quickly form scripts for video content and webinars, as well as ideas for advertising materials.

Are there any areas they could improve?

An area of improvement is some of the creative aspects of the deliverables.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise you to invest significant time up front and take them on a journey around what your business is about.

Give them a detailed explanation of what you want to achieve, who your target audience is, and what your goals are.
