I am the CEO and co-founder of a platform for Web3 communities.

For what projects/services did your company hire Contrast Digital Design?

We hired Contrast to do a variety of design tasks: website design, product UX/UI design and NFT art design.

How did you select this vendor?

I found Contrast through others who had worked with them before and heard good things. We also looked at various portfolio examples which were awesome.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We first came to Contrast looking for a complete design mockup for our website, right after we received VC funding. We has a couple design meetings to determine the scope and price. The communication was fast and easy. Delivery was very quick. And people loved our new website. After that, we moved into designing some of the new product feature interfaces. We did this on an ongoing basis, which helped make our product's user experience much better.

As a startup we move fast and change directions often - and, Contrast was very good at moving along with us. Also, alongside the UX design work, we started building an NFT collection of illustrated TRex characters. Contrast was able to build around 100 different illustrated traits for this PFP collection. Overall, the experience was amazing! The only reason we ended the work was due to budget and our app becoming more mature (since we are a startup).

The RedRex team worked with the creative director, illustrator and UX designer at Contrast.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

5 stars. We will work with contrast again. They were super flexible and fast on delivery. They also had a solid understanding of startups and were able to guide us through some big company decisions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy to communicate. Fast responses. Good listeners. High quality work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UX/UI design skills were top-notch. I also felt they were very good at listening and providing thoughtful insights. And, really, just easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Hard to think of any areas for improvement (at least in our case). Maybe just adding more people to their team for very large scale projects.

I am Head of Brand and Strategy at EarthFund, a Web3.0 SaaS company that helps launch decentralized communities that fund world-saving projects.

EarthFund hired Contrast to handle and manage the branding, web design and UI/UX of the platform. Crypto and blockchain are notorious for having bad UX, so EarthFund wanted to hire top talent to create industry-best user experiences.

How did you select this vendor?

Several members of the EarthFund team had worked with Contrast before at different companies and were all thoroughly impressed with their work.

The EarthFund project is a Web3.0 SaaS offering that automatically creates all of the blockchain tools needed to fund projects that make the world a better place. (Think of GoFundMe, but completely transparent and community-run.)

• Stage 1: Branding and wireframing for the token launch. Our first stage was to launch the token to raise capital and build the product. Contrast handled the token design, EarthFund branding and web design that helped us launch to a $485M market cap on Day 1.
• Stage 2: Building the product Because the project was so vast, Contrast hired a team to work under his vision and build the product with best-in-class UX
• Stage 3: Launch With the product built, devved out and smooth-as-hell to use, Contrast handled revamping our website with new graphics, look and feel and pages designed for conversion.

The EarthFund team worked with Contrast's illustrator and creative director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The EarthFund team is incredible pleased with Contrast's work and it has seen us featured in Forbes, CNBC and Associated Press as a crypto project with great UX and a strong mission. Thanks to Contrast's focus on conversion, we also grew a waitlist of 3K+ users that want to launch a DAO when the platform is fully live. Since the revamping of the website, traffic, dwell time and CTR have all increased significantly (upwards of 25%).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Contrast's workflow and work rate is incredible. Always available to hop on a call, clear with expectations and always delivers on-time (or early).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We love the speed at which Contrast work to turn out world-class designs. Sometimes we'd brief something in on a call and by the end of the call, they had something that was *exactly* what we needed ready for the finishing touches. If you want world-class designs at speed, Contrast is the obvious choice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In a startup, there are always things that -- with hindsight -- you would have done differently. That said, UX/UI/design has always been one of our strongest suits, and that's entirely down to Contrast.
