BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a contracted Resource Coordinator for the Mission Formation Team of the Global Mission Unit of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Our work involves education and interpretation to share our mission is in today's context.

For what projects/services did your company hire Contenteams Media LLP?

We needed to create a video script and explainer video based on our executive director’s presentation on one of the theological underpinnings of Accompaniment.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to express concepts that are shared during missionary orientations visually.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We searched various databases for different vendors. We narrowed it down to three. We then looked at their proposals and their portfolios and made a final decision.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

We selected Contenteams Media, set a timeline, and provided them with a transcript of the video’s audio. They created a PowerPoint storyboard with proposed images for each concept the video would include. After we agreed upon a final storyboard, they continued onto the animation process.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Contenteams Media was always responsive. Most of our challenges related to the time zone difference.  Some concepts caused a bit of push and pull. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Contenteams Media delivered a workable end product. It was very well received at our summer missionary conference. We plan to use it at many orientations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our entire project was simple and straightforward.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Contenteams Media worked quickly and skillfully interpreted many challenging concepts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Communication could always be better, especially if there are going to be delays

Contenteams created After Effects animation for an informational video.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to ensure that we creatively communicated the services offered by our client, a healthcare provider.

How did you select this vendor?

For every aspect of production, we select a variety of talent by vetting them through our search process. Although our team is mostly local, we often search outside to find the best talent.

Contenteams showed us good examples that matched our needs. We initially hired them for a small job before moving on to bigger jobs.

We created a whiteboard animation video and needed After Effects details to finalize production.

We typically get verbal feedback from clients upon completion.

The project was successful and exceeded client expectations.

The workflow was consistent and their communication was timely. They met every deliverable on time.
