For what projects/services did your company hire Content Way?
We needed to boost team engagement in social media, especially LinkedIn. So we hired Content Way to show us best practices and teach new Instruments.
How did you select this vendor?
We found 4 main service providers and we were choosing in such things: flexibility, price and knowledge.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We conducted two team meetings: general and follow up. At first one we talked about basic of LinkedIn, and we’re given some tasks. At second we were discussing how we implemented what we learnt. Time difference between two of them: 1,5 month.
What was the team composition?
Our sales team plus c level representatives were involved.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our team is much more engaged in LinkedIn and wagers to share the news more likely now. Now our brand has the face: all our people.

We were constantly in touch and any emerging question was settled quickly.

The goal was to build content marketing strategy for our investment fund.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for someone with proven track record in linkedin marketing. We did a few interviews with vendors.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We started with defining overall strategy. Then we build a directory of content ideas and build a content pipeline. We moved to creating short and long content pieces every week. Later on we moved to building our podcast Founding Impact. Content way helped us along the way.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Tomek worked with us on weekly basis. Joining our inbound sprint calls every week and then helping our content manager on separate calls every week.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
With Content Way we were able to start posting content every week. Then we build our podcast and started inviting guests from our network. This evolved into growing our network. During our cooperation we managed increase the number of investment leads coming from linkedin by 50%
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We were meeting every week online. Additionally, Tomek was always available for us on Slack.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their knowledge of linkedin and overall marketing strategy. The ability to mentor our CEO and content manager was impressive.

For now I don't see any.

After a kick off meeting they helped us to understand the goals and audience. We created the content roadmap in Trello board and started writing the posts for the company's CEO, CCO, and Business Development Director. We had weekly meetings to brainstorm and plan the content.

- The number followers on the CEO LinkedIn page increased in 20% compared to the period we start working with Content Way - Business Development Director start getting new friends requests and messages on LinkedIn after we start working with his page

We met several times per week online with different company's representatives. Planned, communicated, and brainstormed using Trello and Slack

They always immersed into the field of esports to help with content strategy in an even better way. And also made changes in content based on the Linkedin algorithm and updates
