As a startup company "Rubel IT Solution" was looking for a skilled marketing company to generate Leads through cold call and finally manage client for our business. And we want at least 5 clients per month. We were delivered list of the prospects with phone number and they were used these number to call each prospect and generate leads/client. They Were used VOIP/Skype (Premium) for calling. And they were give weekly updates to us about the work.

Shaikh was work with us for this "Lead Generation" Service. And he done such a great job. And we can reach out target before the deadline. And He also gives us some bonus task. Really great.

In this contract we expect 10 clients and generate $15k. And "Contactopia" done a great job and we can generate $25k. And we are very happy. And Once again thank you "Contactopia".

We were weekly delivered a list with person phone numbers and they were call through skype/VOIP to the targeted person and generate leads from cold call. And they were provide us weekly updates to every Friday.

I like that a human answers the phone if I have questions or I can go through the chat feature. With all those AI services, you know that I am talking about an essential issue. On the other hand there is a fantastic option for VOIP phones.

We have a small office without a live receptionist yet we need to have different call routing for each person. I was able to configure the options for any variable like holidays, vacations, etc.

1 person. Janna was my technical support representative and she was excellent. She had a great attitude.

The price is one of the most affordable options and it comes with a lot of features that allow for more calls to be directed to the correct lines.

We required Contacopia to supply us with call centre options for late evening and weekend hours, so we could essentially be “open” for our customers later and longer.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After considering many options, contacopia offered the better rates for their services in comparison to similar companies. The customer service I received before making any commitments was top quality and always helpful.

Some of the project is confidential or private and cannot be shared online with any unauthorised individuals or companies. The hours required were covered, the call handlers are always polite, efficient and helpful. The required information was discussed in detail and contact details are provided should there be any need to discuss issues with them. All calls are recorded and available as needed. Call statistics are also available.

We work with many people from Contactopia, I believe we have a team of 8 - 10 people including our named account manager. The feedback process was simple to use, yet asked enough detail to ensure a perfect service can be provided.

Customer feedback has been positive and I can happily say that there have been no problems or issues whilst using Contactopia.

For communication, we mostly used emails and video call tools. Responses have always been received in a timely manner giving the time differences. Feedback given to the account manager was always acknowledged and anything that needed to be adapted was done so quickly and without issue.

The team's level of professionalism is the most impressive. Attention is paid to every detail to ensure everything is correct and no detail was too small. Whoever I spoke to via emails and video calls, they were always polite, professional yet friendly and took their job role seriously.

Nothing at all. Brilliant company and brilliant people.
