We hired CIDT to develop a mobile app that would serve as a client-facing extension of our internal resource management tools. The idea was to create a lightweight solution that allowed end users to submit requests, track progress, and receive updates without overloading our core systems.
The CIDT team handled the full cycle — from initial discovery and UI/UX design to backend integration, development, and QA. They built the app using React Native to ensure both iOS and Android compatibility. The backend was developed with Node.js and integrated into our existing API ecosystem. They also helped set up CI/CD pipelines and assisted with App Store and Google Play submissions.

The most tangible outcome was the successful launch of the mobile app on both iOS and Android within the planned timeline. Within the first few weeks post-launch, we saw a 25–30% increase in engagement from our clients using the new app to submit and track requests, which helped reduce the load on our support team.
Additionally, the backend integration worked smoothly with our internal systems, which meant no major disruptions or manual workarounds were needed after deployment — a big win for us operationally.

We worked with CIDT to develop an internal platform for managing plagiarism check results and improving collaboration across our teams. The project lasted about 6 months, and we are satisfied with the results.
The team at CIDT was easy to work with from the start. We needed a system that could integrate with our existing infrastructure and allow multiple teams to access and analyze plagiarism results. While there were challenges with aligning the platform's features to fit our requirements, the team worked with us to adjust the design.
At one point, we needed to connect the platform to some of our older internal systems, which wasn’t straightforward. The development team handled that integration smoothly and stayed on schedule. Communication was consistent, with weekly updates and quick responses to any questions or issues.
While everything went as planned, there were a couple of issues during the testing phase, which caused a slight delay. However, CIDT resolved these and made sure the product was ready for use.

They were responsive to our feedback and flexible when we needed to adjust priorities mid-project. There were a couple of small delays during the testing phase, but they communicated early and kept us informed, which helped us stay aligned. Overall, their approach made the process predictable and easy to follow.
