Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head operations manager for a chain of restaurants and nightclubs in Dubai.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Confidant Global?

We approached Confidant Global in the middle of our expansion when we needed help with the paperwork and registration for our two new branches in different jurisdictions.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Confidant Global was subcontracted to provide us with advice on the best ways to register our new locations. In the process, they reviewed our paperwork and provided support through our leasing agreements. They were really in charge of the whole registration process.

What is the team composition?

Our primary point of contact was an account manager. There were others working on the project, but we didn’t communicate directly with them.

How did you come to work with Confidant Global?

I’ve known the owners personally for a long time, so I’m familiar with their experience in their field. We have a long term relationship, making it the natural choice. I didn’t look anywhere else.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership has lasted for several years, but this project, in particular, ended in May 2019.

I am personally very pleased with their services. They provide customized services and are our first choice for our company.

Our overall satisfaction is a reflection of their excellent project management. Their work has allowed us to get up and running without any kind of compliance issues to date. They did exactly what they needed to do and really lifted a burden from us.

They’re always trying to give the best possible services to their clients. Every time we work together, they have our backs, are extremely flexible, and go out of their way to accommodate our needs instead of just trying to sell their services. They design the best possible solutions.

Nothing comes to mind. They comply with everything necessary from a service perspective.
