I’m ad and sales department head for an entertainment organization.
What challenge were you trying to address with ConceptHaus Creative Cluster?
We needed help on being innovative and creating high-quality branded content projects.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve done several projects with ConceptHaus, and we always start by giving them a brief. After that, they’ll develop the idea, form a strategy, and list their requirements. They help us with marketing campaigns for social media, digital platforms, and television. They also create high-quality content for our team.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with their director, their production team, sales account executives, a director of photography, a creative director, and other teammates.
How did you come to work with ConceptHaus Creative Cluster?
ConceptHaus’ bid was the best we received for a campaign launch project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve started working together in October 2016, and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
ConceptHaus’ work has been replicated across our companies in Latin America and other markets. With their help, we’ve won some creative awards in advertising. It’s amazing to work with them due to their ideas, strategy, and implementation.
How did ConceptHaus Creative Cluster perform from a project management standpoint?
ConceptHaus’ project management has been excellent. Their team is well organized and always has a point person. We’ve communicated through in-person meetings before the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, everything has been through email and WhatsApp groups. They are quick to respond, and our communication has been better.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The creativity and the high-quality content from ConceptHaus’ team are impressive. They also have the best attitude and top-notch customer service skills — they’re happy to help. They get the results on time, with the best quality, and at a good price.
We always have several review points throughout projects, and ConceptHaus is good at letting us give approval and feedback. They improve every year, consistently innovating themselves and following trends.

I can’t think of anything. I’m delighted with ConceptHaus’ work.

Please describe your company and your position there.
SIDĒREO ARQUITECTURA is an office focused on the architectural design of various uses, such as housing, commercial and offices. The service offered goes from the creation of the concept of a project, followed by the architectural design and ending with the generation of plans for the execution of the project.
Other services offered is the administration and supervision of any architectural project. My position in the office is that of Project Director, I am in charge of the architectural design as well as the supervision of the correct execution of such design.
For what projects/services did your company hire ConceptHaus Creative Cluster, and what were your goals?
ConceptHaus was hired to develop a branding project from scratch. Starting with the name of the company, followed by the graphic identifad and ending with a series of accessories for the use of said branding in company operations. For example: templates for presentations, letterhead, electronic signature, etc. My goals were successfully achieved and exceeded, I received a very complete and useful project for the daily life of the office.
How did you select this vendor?
Two work plan proposals from different companies were compared, as well as cost. Choosing ConceptHaus as the one to develop the project, since it has more experience, more attractive costs, a larger work team and a shorter delivery time.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
The project begins with an interview to publicize the client's intentions and goals, as well as graphic preferences and inclinations. The client is asked to give some similar references to further understand the project approach.
Then we proceed to generate three name proposals from which one is chosen to continue developing it. Followed by the name, two graphic design options are presented from which one is taken to finish producing the brand's branding, delivering accessories chosen by the client at their convenience.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked directly with three managers from different areas, one from design, the other from sales, and with the CEO. Making a multidisciplinary team.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to the generation of a branding project, the firm has been able to position itself on various commercial platforms, which help the company to become known and be more competitive, generating interest in a larger audience.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
To develop the project, the Google Meet platform was used to carry out interviews and meetings with the managers. There were four sessions with two weeks between each one. In the end, the branding was delivered in a month and a half.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
ConceptHaus has a very high capacity to understand the needs of the client thanks to its large work team. They've been able to deliver in short terms of time.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The payment plan is somewhat rigid, I would have liked to have made a plan a little more flexible. Example: 3 or 4 payments.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work on a part-time basis for AP Futuro, a financial and insurance services company. Essentially, I manage the communications between ConceptHaus and our team.
What challenge were you trying to address with ConceptHaus Creative Cluster?
Our company used to do everything via word of mouth advertising. However, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we started doing things online. Since we didn’t sell tangible products, it was difficult for us to sell digitally. As a result, we hired ConceptHaus to help us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
To kickstart the partnership, we sent information about ourselves and taught ConceptHaus how we sold products and services. They also did their own research.
At present, ConceptHaus helps us promote our services online by advertising on social media channels and other platforms. They do YouTube videos for us, and we’ve tried Google ads. At the moment, however, we’re mainly focused on Instagram.
Moreover, their team members help us with content creation for our landing pages. They use the information we provide to create ads, which they first send to me for approval. Once we give them the go signal, they publish the ads.
What is the team composition?
We mainly communicate with one person from ConceptHaus, but there’s a whole team working with us. The team consists of creative copywriters, IT personnel, and salespeople.
How did you come to work with ConceptHaus Creative Cluster?
We researched and interviewed different marketing agencies, and ConceptHaus stood out. They knew how to sell themselves better while showing the results they’ve achieved in the past with different companies.
On top of that, we felt comfortable meeting the company’s owner; everyone was on the same page. In the end, we chose to hire them because of the confidence we gained based on their results.
How much have you invested with them?
In total, we’ve invested around Mex$200,000 (approximately $10,000 USD). We spend around Mex$50,000 (approximately $2,500 USD) per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything has been good since we started working with ConceptHaus. Our teams have a great relationship in a professional way. Every time we need something, they’re there for us; when they need something, we’re there for them. Overall, we always get everything we need from them.
In terms of results, we’ve gained plenty of engagement on social media. We don’t have a lot of followers, but the videos they post on Instagram have plenty of views. The results from the ads we do are amazing, and our targeting efforts are better. Moreover, ConceptHaus has told us we’d see results in six months. We’re only in the third or fourth month right now, and we’ve already been doing great.
On the other hand, we’re still struggling with lead generation, but our teams are working on that.
How did ConceptHaus Creative Cluster perform from a project management standpoint?
ConceptHaus manages the project amazingly. We have great communication, and they spend a lot of time servicing us. Whenever something has to be said or done, I can reach out to their owner or leader via our WhatsApp group. In other words, we’re not just another number on their client list; they show a lot of interest in our business. Unlike other vendors, ConceptHaus takes time to know who we are, what we sell, and what they can do for us.
Apart from WhatsApp, we use phone calls to communicate. We do our monthly meetings via Zoom, where they show us everything that’s happening in our projects.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like their personalized customer service. We’re not just another client; they know everything about us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. We’re quite happy with them.

I’m the AdSales Creative Producer for The Walt Disney Company México. My role is to lead the creation of branded content for our clients in our different content platforms.
For what projects/services did your company hire ConceptHaus Creative Cluster, and what were your goals?
We deal with +100 clients. For each of them we need new and exciting ideas in which they can be integrated to our content. That’s why we needed a parte we that were not only able to complement our ideas, but to make them real and cinematic. Up to Disney’s standards.
How did you select ConceptHaus Creative Cluster and what were the deciding factors?
We looked for a video production company that were able to work fast, that understood our very particular needs. Also, we needed someone with passion for telling the kind of stories that we wanted and needed to tell. A mix of passion for cinema and advertising.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We’ve made over a dozen different productions. Some had zombies, other had football players and some others were film in a soccer stadium… even the Peruvian Desert. Some were suspenseful, others were funny and upbeat. All Of them were engaging, with an exquisite film production. Even though we’ve told so many stories, all of them look different while achieving our mail goal: mixing Disney’s content with our clients’ products and messages.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
There’s always a team lead and manager that’s our main contact person. But there’s always plenty meetings in which we can talk with the director, producer, DP… even the gaffer. So everyone has the same idea of what we need to create. The feedback process is seamless and efficient. It’s easy to talk to them because we understand each other clearly and easily.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I can’t disclose specific numbers. But our clients invest more money in their advertising campaigns in our platforms beacusae we are able to offer them a new and powerful way of telling their stories.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Reaching the team and talking to them is easy and fast. Most of our formal communication is done through e-mail due to company’s policy. But the ideas and discussions take place in in-person or videoconference meetings, messages, phone calls. As far as timeliness comes, they always surpass our expectations. They are truthful with how much time each thing takes, but the make it happen as fast as it can be done without sacrificing quality or impacting the budget.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
On a personal note, how good we understand each other is priceless. But the creative mindset they have, sets them apart. Also, they have incredibly talented people that are flexible and knowledgeable.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
To be honest, the pandemic has impacted us very hard. The amount of productions has been lowered considerably. But, as soon as everything gets back to “normal”, we will get back to it fully.
