For what projects/services did your company hire Concept21?

We were looking to profile our business and choose to better our brand image. The first step was a proper website but none of us had the required skills nor the idea. The decision was to hire Concept21 for that project.

How did you select Concept21 and what were the deciding factors?

We found a few agencies but Concept 21 was the most appealing with a comprehensive set of services and a fair offer. From many positive recommendations about the professionalism of the team and the great portfolio they offered we decided on them.

We started our cooperation with a meeting, they asked us detailed questions and got certain insights to our problem and expectations. Based on the analysis of the company and industry they proposed to us an offer. Concept21 made an adequate website design for us, the results were presented and they were keen to answer further questions and listen to our suggestions.

The whole project was submitted in a very short period, the website was implemented without any struggles.

The contact with the team was clear, we were constantly in touch with the Project Manager, very professional approach. We also had a connection to the main specialist responsible for our projects, everything was explained and shown to us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The creation of our cooperation resulted in better advertisement of our business. We noticed an increase in our income, the project was responsible for about 20% of it.

As the cooperation came to an end and our problem was solved we would definitely recommend this agency to everybody. Meetings were mostly conducted through calls or platform Zoom. Everything was done on time, and as I mentioned before the communication was fast and clear. Very positive experience!
