Life Tech Goods needed an advanced technology partner that could help them automate their invoice processing and order validation process. The goal of this project assigned to Conaxiom was to reduce the time consumed on validating orders and processing invoices of the company and to reduce the workforce required to perform these critical tasks.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I had business with Conaxiom previously for my other business. And I knew Conaxiom has the capability to deliver what we were looking for.

In company's accounts payable (AP) department, handling invoices was one of the most paper-intensive tasks that demanded a significant amount of working hours every month. Moreover, processing the invoices too slowly were resulting in hefty penalties and delay in payments. As for the accounts receivables (AR) department, the customers and vendors were following unique invoice templates forcing the employees to manually collect data and bill them, resulting in mismatch of accounts payable and receivables.
Conaxiom started with the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and created a custom solution that scanned, digitized, and validated key data from the purchase orders to create invoices. Conaxiom helped Life Tech Goods’ professionals by automating invoices and avoiding financial penalties for late and incomplete payments. Then the RPA system deployed by Conaxiom improved the cycle time of invoice processing and started to bill customers sooner in order to maximize order validation by ensuring accuracy in every invoice dispatched.

The automated system developed by Team Conaxiom reduced the time consumed on validating orders and processing invoices of the company. It also reduced the workforce required to perform these critical tasks. I knew the top management of Conaxiom myself. Since we were looking for a third party vendor to take over one of our prestigious works hence a trustworthy, proven tech partner was needed. We reached out to a few vendors through references and Conaxiom was one of them. Their competency in eCommerce was remarkable.
Online shopping apps on Web, Android and iOS; they have done it all many times for various business domains. Their cost was also competitive and they took our load of understanding client requirements since the very beginning of our interaction with them. Their dedication towards the work was a deciding factor for us to move with them.

Conaxiom came in as a development partner that managed the entire project from requirements gathering to delivery and provided ongoing support. The solution developed included creating multiple online websites for their products through Shopify etc. In addition to Shopify websites Conaxiom also developed RPA-based solutions that integrated the Salesforce CRM with details of daily online sales and invoices management.
The solution developed not only helped provide seamless experience to customers no matter which website they accessed products from but also helped synchronize the Sales and Financial activities by keeping the internal team on the same page around daily, weekly, monthly sales and returns through an efficient RPA based automation solution.

A team of around 8 people from Conaxiom worked on it for around 3 months. Post delivery support continued for a month or two after that. We had: 1 Project Manager 2 Senior Shopify Developers 2 RPA Developers 1 QA Engineer 1 Support Resource An additional Project Manager was deployed in the project from our company.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching our website, all of our company members were impressed by it, and it also increased our direct business substantially. But, the most important thing is the website just matches our branding requirement and the level of our other successful businesses.

On every project we have worked on with Conaxiom, the team is always very efficient and prompt communication for everything. After the first steps the workflow was very well and we now have a good team and availability on both sides so the progress is on-going every day. With constant communication via Teams or Skype the Project is having a fluent process.

Conaxiom is creating a responsive Shopify site that covers the client's needs in terms of functionality. They lead a communicative process to ensure meeting deadlines. The client praised their customer support experience and outstanding design and organization that they provide.

There’s always room for improvement for everyone and I expect improvement not just on the side of Conaxiom but in our team as well.
