I’m the marketing and sales manager at TCG Real Estate, a real estate company.

We needed help with social media and digital marketing to get more leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide a variety of services. They created our website, optimized it, and do our social media. They’re currently managing our Facebook and Instagram pages. They also do sponsored ads for me. They take care of SEO and monitor the traffic. They also do my video management. 

Their team helps my review management. They generated QR codes across my sites. If there’s a customer who is happy, I can give them a QR code to scan, and then they can post a review.

What is the team composition?

There are two people that I work with. They’re very supportive and have a very good backend team.

How did you come to work with ComputoVision?

They were referred by someone in my network. We met at a conference and I was struggling with my digital marketing at that time. I asked my friend if he knew somebody who was good at it and he referred ComputoVision. When I met them initially, I was a little reluctant because they were a startup. However, when I got them on board, I was satisfied with their professionalism and work process.

We spent over $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2018, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re very supportive. The team is creative and offers unique ideas. They have a very clear vision. Their recommendations are good and it’s helped us a lot.

How did ComputoVision perform from a project management standpoint?

We have very good communication via WhatsApp and email. When we ask questions, we get quick responses. They come to our office for meetings too. It’s nice working with them. They send regular reports of all the activities done. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very enthusiastic which has helped me. We’ve worked with other vendors, but ComputoVision is the only vendor that we’ve renewed the contract for every year. We’ve never had a problem with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to improve their copywriting skills. There are sometimes minor mistakes. However, when I make it known, they change it immediately.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear on the scope of work. You won’t have difficulty in dealing with them.

For what projects/services did your company hire ComputoVision?

We hired computovision through a reference for our company website redevelopment project, they delivered in time and with utmost quality. We later also developed 2 websites for our ongoing projects in pune. They took over complete social media management, advertising for us later.

What were your goals for this project?

A responsive website, A good brand exposure through website, A website which could capture leads, A website which could help visitors understand and find what they were looking for. Later good social media presence and advertising for lead generations.

How did you select this vendor?

ComputoVision, had head through a partner, who had already developed his website. We also took a complete review of company before giving project. They are quiet young people and hold a geniune reference growth strategy. They have 3 offices owned in city and focus on growth by delivering services on time and asking for referrals.

They delivered a responsive website, handled content management, creations and graphics were also taken care by them. Indeed complete plan, concept and deliverables were 100% taken care off from there team. We just provided content from our end whatever we could. They also offered free seo for 6 months and social media plans in future.

What was the team composition?

ComputoVision works on mails, so we never know who took care of our project. We were most important on seeing things delivered and it was 100% perfect! As per our assumptions, we had conversed with 4px during the complete project delivery period including the director.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Yes. We have a really cool website, Now the website is again redesigned by them. We have a good visibility on google and computovision is still delivering us for our website and social media requirements. We have also referred computovision to 3 different partners and they have not let us down yet.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project was completed in 12-15 days. Quality was good. Work was good. Design options were shared and we were quick to finalise the design. They dont share options, they directly share a website which could be your real time website, which cut our decision time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The way both of the directors commit and deliver impressed us. They focus more on work delivery and not worry on business. Something to be learnt from a small team with digital ambition,

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, They can be more manageable, documented and wait for client approvals before making the website designs which could help them be bit professional.
