Based near Heathrow Airport, our Control Centre currently handles mission critical calls on behalf of more than 80 clients. Our switchboard and incoming lines have full Telecom Total Care support and clients are given emergency back-up numbers to ensure continuity of service in the event of the failure of a particular line. We pride ourselves in answering 95% of our calls within 12 seconds.
