We are an assisted living facility. My position is to manage the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Complete Media, Inc.?

Meadows on Sycamore (MOS) had a terrible reputation in our neighborhood, the community, and within other retirement communities. MOS had a very difficult time attracting our target market. There was no marketing being done-we needed everything.

What were your goals for this project?

To increase our private pay referrals, increase private pay admits, rehab our buildings and apartments, change the negative outlook on our facility, operate a thriving assisted living.

How did you select this vendor?

I had worked with them in the past and had great results.

We had to create a marketing plan with tentative deadlines. This plan is ongoing.

What was the team composition?

Very small. The administrator and business manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our private pay referrals have greatly increased-we are able to turn many of them into residents. Our relationship with all of the communities has greatly improved. The "feel" of our facility has changed dramatically-the staff are energetic, helpful, and nice-our physical facility has undergone many updates-everything has moved in a positive direction.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fabulous! Matt does an amazing job of gently pushing us-respecting that we are extremely busy-while ensuring we continue to move forward.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The personalization is fabulous! Matt and his team are extremely friendly and fantastic to work with. If you step out of their way, and allow them to do what they are good at-you have to trust them-they will obtain amazing results for you!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Bring milk chocolate to meetings!
