FPU (Fraud Prevention for Utilities) is a fraud pool established for energy companies. There are five founding members of this pool (focused on the German market). Each pool member will upload and update data in the pool. Every member will be allowed to use all data in the pool, including data from other members, as long as they contribute their own data to the pool. Main components: Input REST Service, Request REST Service, Batch interface, Monitoring, Matching service.

We've worked together with Codya to build a new ML Operations (MLOps) platform managing ML models within the scope of our software ecosystem. It was work from scratch with product brainstorming and design phases as well as full UI development. Codya provided us with all services and staffed the team with all required skills. That enabled us to handover the end to end development process.

Our cooperation was structured along product and project management lines where our representatives had very good support and transparency of planning and costs. Last but not least, all deliverables had high quality, what reduced significantly integration costs of new platform. All in all, very good cooperation.

Product's user story maps, transparent development backlog and iterative deployments to development and demo systems.

Willingness to go into details of the product, which resulted in very good ideas and fruitful exchange with Product Owner. • prepared templates to improve the process of publishing individual menus for each school, generate reports with a list of meals for a given day and create stickers for meals per user)

Based on general requirements, they proposed User Stories, a Roadmap, and Architecture, and iteratively delivered new functionalities of the application. The Team was in constant contact with us, and throughout the entire period of work, we were able to continuously monitor the progress and decide on the direction of the project. As a result, we managed to create the base version of the application within the planned timeframe.

The process was automated and as a result, the project was accelerated by 90%.
