I’m the CTO of VBit Technologies. We’re a startup that helps clients get started in bitcoin mining. We co-host the user’s mining systems in our data center and maintain the system.

We wanted to add value to our clients by creating a digital wallet that would give them direct access to their bitcoin.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our platform. Their team has extensive blockchain expertise. They used Angular for the web frontend, Node.js for the backend, Apache Cassandra database, and MongoDB. They also provide outside assistance and set up for Amazon Instant video.

What is the team composition?

There were about ten people in total. I worked directly with four of them—one project manager and three tech leads. The others I didn’t come face-to-face with.

How did you come to work with Codezeros?

I Googled blockchain development companies and interviewed a few. I was able to narrow it down to two companies, but the other company couldn’t complete what we wanted in the given timeframe and for the right price. Codezeros was the most willing and most competitive to build this platform.

What is the status of this engagement?

September project scoping the month before. Everything is completed but we hired them to start the next version

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They exceeded my expectations by delivering a product that could have cost twice as much. They truly are the best bang for our buck. We accomplished everything we wanted to accomplish. They actually exceeded the scope quite a bit. We were so pleased with their work, that we’re hiring them on a per-month basis for the next version of our platform.

How did Codezeros perform from a project management standpoint?

I was very engaged with the project and worked with the architect and project managers. We all were familiar with an agile method, so that’s what we used. They mostly delivered everything on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very eager to please and they stand behind their work. I would rate them among the top ten developers I’ve ever worked with based on cost-effectiveness, time management, and ability to deliver. While other developers I’ve worked with tend to over promise and under deliver, Codezeros is reliable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was a language barrier, which resulted in a few communication issues, but we easily addressed it within a few meetings.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of the project is to provide a complete solution for the supply chain that is transparent and seamless. Blockchain technology has been used as we believe in creating a solution that will remove any redundancy.

We did some market research in finding the best blockchain development companies and found Codezeros to be a perfect fit. After a couple of discussions via calls and messages, a team from Codezeros also flew to our city in Brazil to have face to face conversations.

Codezeros helped in the complete conceptualization of the supply chain portal. Their BA team helped us in scoping the features and modules in detail. They are currently designing and developing the same portal in their production house.

The team had about 10 people including BA, project manager, delivery head, senior blockchain engineer, fullstack engineer, interface designer, and QA. Apart from that, the sales team was also involved throughout the pre-development phase and have been in constant contact with us throughout.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project will change the way the supply chain industry works. We are developing a system that will transform the industry and create a solution that will help everyone from the producer to the buyer have access to important information about the product and thus help in removing fraud and fake products.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management is pretty seamless. The team assigned a project manager and delivery head who have been in constant contact. They have weekly standups with the team and we are always involved in the same. Apart from that their team gives us daily updates on Jira and Basecamp. They have been responsive to all our queries and have ensured all our doubts and concerns have been taken care of. The sales team is in constant contact with us as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about the company is that they treated our project like their own. All brainstorming sessions during the conceptualizing phase were driven and their team took a very deep interest in our solution. They have been pro-active in all aspects and this helps us as well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The team could have had better communication but it wasn't a huge problem. The team was flexible enough to entertain any of our problems.

I’m the head of customer support for Cryptex.Live, a trading platform that facilitates a cryptocurrency exchange.

We expanded our customer base, increased interactions across multiple verticals, and experienced growth in user flow.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was smooth and seamless. The business analyst and project manager were in regular contact. Likewise, the production team was prompt and responsive, accommodating our ideas and vision for the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The technical team knew what they were doing and the design team understood our ideas clearly. We had a basic concept and name for the project, and the design team created an identity that reflected those ideas. The management team was on hand for any issues; they resolved problems quickly.

We had some technical implementation issues with a few custom interface features.

We’re satisfied with the initial proof of concept. We intend to work with Codezeros again to create the live implementation. The best aspect is their speed. We needed to generate a proof of concept on a complex project within a fairly short period of time, and they delivered. The service is high quality and a good value.

Codezeros understood what we were looking for. Since this is our first showing to the public, their work had an immediate impact in spreading our name around the industry.

They managed the project based on our needs and timeline. The manager and designer joined me and our COO on weekly conference calls to ensure everything was moving exactly as intended and to solve any issues that arose. This proved to be effective, as everyone was caught up and understood what they needed to accomplish in each phase of the project.

I found the designer's skill to be the most impressive as he was able to design everything exactly as we had envisioned.

The only areas for improvement would be to clearly express any scheduling issues ahead of time, allowing everyone to make the necessary adjustments.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our objective was to develop and deliver a complete NFT project that encompassed multiple aspects of the web3 ecosystem. They key deliverables are listed below: 

• NFT smart contract development: Codezeros successfully developed and deployed a set of fully audited smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. These contracts facilitated the creation, ownership, and transfer of unique NFTs. 
• NFT Minting and Tokenization System: Our project included a robust system for minting NFTs, allowing users to create and tokenize their digital assets securely. 
• User-Friendly Front-end Interface: Codezeros implemented an intuitive and visually appealing front-end interface for the NFT project. This interface ensured a smooth user experience and a comprehensible minting functionality. 
• Backend Systems and Infrastructure: Codezeros developed and implemented the necessary backend systems and infrastructure to support the NFT project's functionality, ensuring efficient data management and scalability on Azure, per our request.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over 780 NFTs minted at a price point of 0.2 Ethereum (ETH).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Due to the experimental nature of the project (from our side, and theirs), the requests we had were often on a R&D basis, which means that it is very hard to give exact timeframes for the solutions (and we understand this). Codezeros were very aligned when it came to catering to our needs. If something needed to be swapped in the last second, they would oblige.
