We needed to create a new, updated online platform with features for our clients to register, schedule and access our services.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a platform to showcase our business, classes, services in general and to allow our clients to be able to register, schedule and join if needed all done through our online platform

After doing research, reviews and comments. We took some quotes but codetactic reached out faster and with better proposals.

we requested a type of ecommerce + design. We needed a platform to showcase our project, our socials and that would allow our clients to access to our classes info, scheduled, etc.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with Gonzalo from the start. He was in charge of our project and provided us the login to "my codetactic" communicate with the team and follow their progress closely

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

we are able to register clients, contact them with news about our classes, trainers, etc directly. Every client is now able to schedule their classes with a simple registration, sign up with us or even request their free online session

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

we started using my codetactic from the start, we used the platform to communicate our ideas to the team, provide referecenes, documents, media, etc. All comments and progress updates were done over their platform and worked great to keep us in the loop of things.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

from every other agency we contacted, codetactic was the one that responded first, taking into consideration what we really needed from our project before anything else, it was refreshing to see an agency that actually listened to what we needed before throwing out costs

Are there any areas for improvement?

i believe they need to create an app for their platform, even though we are able to see it from our phones, still i believe they should have an app for their project management platform
