Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of The Electronic Health Information System (E-HIS). We support allied health professionals in private practice with charting software, resources, and education.

For what projects/services did your company hire CodeLine OY?

We have been working with CodeLine OY for a few years with the E-HIS project. Their development team has been building our software and providing support services for glitches.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted custom development for charting software and to release that technology into the market.

How did you select this vendor?

We found CodeLine OY on Upwork. Their lead developers had previous development experience for charting applications.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

We designed the software. CodeLine OY then developed, configured, tested, and launched the solution. During the development process, we held frequent meetings to ensure the build matched our requirements. Following the launch, the team has updated the system and released the second version with expanded features. The solution’s features include security, form completion, data recall, messaging, and a forum.

What was the team composition?

The team originally included six resources, but CodeLine OY has expanded it to approximately 11 people. I interact with the lead developer and their team. The business analyst outlines the goals for each project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The software is now our business’ core product. We use our other products to direct users to this charting solution.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We work well with the business analyst and lead developer. They outline each project and then catch and resolve any issues during development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is easy to work with. We rarely encounter a language barrier; Google Translates helps resolve any minor issues.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

The team should continue to expand and train resources. These efforts would increase their speed and capacity to deliver large projects.
