Some of our R&D teams have been enhanced by CodeCross. In late 2017, CodeCross began as a proof of concept (POC) project and supplied us with a data scientist, a DevOps professional, and a programmer. For our iOS team, they hired, trained, and assigned a mobile UI QA engineer. Our data team employs a backend engineer, while our frontend web team uses another engineer to help with web applications. Early in 2018, the group released the first version. Next, we increased the number of employees in our local data team, led by our head of data and technologies.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Given that CodeCross and I have similar values, they are an ideal collaborator. They found and hired excellent engineers in a timely manner. In addition to technical skill and quality, CodeCross also sets a high bar for teamwork and personality.

We work with CodeCross using the engineering extension approach, and we oversee the project ourselves. Every CodeCross engineer answers directly to the Tel-Aviv Realis Team leaders. They are first-rate teammates in our eyes. Nevertheless, CodeCross exhibits excellent management, HR, and reporting abilities and is transparent. They adeptly manage challenging circumstances pertaining to hiring efforts and staff retention. When feasible, they offer alternatives and warn us of probable issues.
