We often make an offer as the first step in the home-buying process. Before relisting the home, we proceed from the project management remodel phase to the escrow closure. After that, we reopen escrow on the house and proceed through the closing procedure once we've sold it. To address this, CodeCross is creating technology that might support databases, client communication portals, and an extremely effective project management workflow. Additionally, their team is implementing a KPI suite so that we can track and evaluate our lead and lag. This might make ~it possible for us to make quick adjustments and make sure we're continuing to meet our financial goals. CodeCross has produced a beta site that we could launch while this large project is being worked on. Right now, we're using it for two projects and some testing.

Since we haven't launched the software platform yet, we don't currently have any metrics. Nevertheless, CodeCross' beta site has allowed us to make a small pivot. We've been able to buy a few houses thanks to this data model, and we've actually received revenue sooner than we had planned. It has been really beneficial.

CodeCross has performed admirably. They've been quite forthcoming, and Chris in particular has kept me informed at all times and been very responsive. They've granted me access to InVision so I can view the tasks being completed and envision the product they're working on.

Since they're the only outside tech company I've worked with, I can't compare them to other providers. However, I can say that they do a great job of keeping me informed about events. They react quickly. In addition, they communicate well and have the ability to see my ideas through. The ability to take an idea from a business plan and transform it into a working technological device is really amazing.
Are there any areas for improvement or something CodeCross could have done differently?
No, I am unable to suggest any improvements.
