I had meet one of the team members at a local networking group. I hired them because they where quick to schedule an appointment to figure out what I needed done. The price was within my budget.

Codeclouds fixed the links on my website to my social media platforms. They reworked my website layout with shopping categories. The shopping part of my website way very hard to navigate before.

I have had more customers staying and shopping on my site now that it is easier to use.

I gave them the final goal and they fixed the problems. They would email or call me when they found another problem that needed fixed.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very quick to solve IT problems.

I’m the CEO of Gtechpartners. We manage different websites for other people to help them grow their businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with CODECLOUDS?

Every time we needed to make a change to a website, we had a hard time finding a developer who had the time to make those changes, so we decided to hire CODECLOUDS on a retainer basis so that we could make changes faster.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CODECLOUDS ongoingly helps us with our client’s web development and design projects and tasks. Some tasks take them a couple of hours to complete, and other projects take them 1–2 weeks. Their services also include performing website maintenance tasks and API and third-party site integrations to ensure those sites run smoothly.

In addition to our client-facing projects, CODECLOUDS has also been involved in developing and maintaining our business website. We want our website to help us convert well, and we need to ensure our Google Analytics and other third-party integrations are working correctly. Thus, CODECLOUDS has been in charge of making sure all of that happens.

What is the team composition?

CODECLOUDS’ team varies depending on who’s available to perform the tasks at any given moment. We usually work with around 10 people from their team on and off, including a project manager and a person who decides who’s going to perform what based on their different skill levels.

A friend recommended them while I was trying to find a development partner with whom I could do consistent work. After calling them and understanding what they did and how they did it, I immediately hired them.

We’ve spent around $75,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I’ve been working with CODECLOUDS for a little less than two years. We started working together around December 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since I started working with CODECLOUDS, I’ve seen my business grow by well over 200% and cut my web development and maintenance costs by half. Additionally, the quality of their work is outstanding, and they’re very professional. I rarely have to make corrections because they take the time to review their work. Our clients are also very satisfied with their work and designs, which has ultimately helped us increase our conversions every year.

How did CODECLOUDS perform from a project management standpoint?

CODECLOUDS project management is excellent, and they usually beat deadlines. They’re also very easy to communicate with, which makes me feel confident. Whenever I reach out to them, I know I’ll get an answer in a short period of time. Moreover, they’re very good at communicating about days off or holidays.

We mainly communicate in two ways. For little things, we use Telegram, but for more important things and project management, we use monday.com. I usually put tasks on monday.com for them to see and respond to.

What did you find most impressive about them?

CODECLOUDS is very professional and keeps their word — I wish there were more companies like them. Their team constantly ensures to stay on top of the latest technologies and design methodologies in order to make our websites work well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything they could improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you need IT or web development work done, I would definitely recommend working with CODECLOUDS; they’re very good at what they do. Additionally, set up a clear communication system from the start to avoid miscommunication issues.

I’m the chief operator of a skincare company. We just launched on e-commerce, and we're selling plant stem cell-based products, such as serums, moisturizers, eye creams, and exfoliators.

What challenge were you trying to address with CODECLOUDS?

We originally worked with a different company that we had contracted to do our website. We weren’t happy with the site they built; it had a lot of issues and was still incomplete. Hence, we reached out to CODECLOUDS to have them finish it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CODECLOUDS has been helping us not only complete the website but also provide troubleshooting and get rid of all the little kinks that they find along the way. They’re tweaking, redesigning, and replacing a lot of text and images, as well as sorting out all the features, including payment processing and subscription. One of the major issues we originally had was that the view on the desktop to mobile wasn't lining up the same way. Another issue is that the size of the images, especially on the main page, wasn't demonstrated properly.

Moreover, their team has implemented stuff that we wanted and didn't get a chance to do with the original designers. The site is built on the WooCommerce platform.

We have constant communication with two people from their side, but I know they have a team of five people working behind the scenes.

They were referred to us by someone who had worked with them before. We reached out to them and went back and forth to make sure that they were capable of doing the work we needed.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began our partnership in July 2022, and it’s still ongoing. They’ve completed most of the work, so we're now on a maintenance plan with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

All the tasks that we assigned to CODECLOUDS have been completed on time, and we're very happy with their work; we have no complaints. We’ve gone live about a month and a half ago, and we are advertising on Facebook right now. We’ve also seen improvements in the number of our sales and subscriptions.

How did CODECLOUDS perform from a project management standpoint?

They're always on top of everything, and they make sure that we're constantly on the same page as to what the current issue is or what task they’re working on. Also, once they get a task, they complete it in a pretty reasonable time. For communication, we use Telegram, email, Zoom, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their expertise and knowledge in dealing with all of the different issues that we have. They’re very efficient, and their services are very affordable as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything has worked out pretty well despite the difference in time zones. There’ve been some issues regarding some of the payment processing, but it's not their fault.

Any advice for potential customers?

You have to be very clear with them and make sure that you're very specific about your goals.

Our website was created using templates that were very standard and purchased a while ago. We had specific demands to make various changes thoughout the site to improve conversion and customer experience.

We searched online and then left with several companies. We also spoke with several colleagues and Code Cloud came recommended highly.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss goals and created a to do list with specific examples of what needed to change as well as what it was to look like when it was completed. The process was simple and easy to follow. The correct questions were asked and even if some thing was not easily done they provided a great scope of work for how long will take to complete those tasks.

We had a project manager as well as at least one person completing the backend development

We love the updated designs and we have seen requests from customers decrees since specific elements were added two more visibly show return links and various other options.

They were a pleasure to work with. They were always very accommodating and got the job done in a timely manner.

Wilder videos they sent were very comprehensive, they were also quite long. Condensing those videos and speaking more precisely about what was completed would be an added benefit. Regardless, I enjoyed working with them and will continue to work with them again

What was the scope of their involvement?

CODECLOUDS helped us create a marketplace for freelancers. The process started with a couple of initial meetings, during which we showed them websites that were similar to what we were looking for. They then made a proposal based on those samples while keeping in mind our budget and other requirements.

The platform is a dashboard where buyers and freelancers can post jobs, communicate, and hire services, among other things. The backend has an admin dashboard where we can manage profiles, account configurations, and payments. They used various technologies for this project, including cPanel, AWS, GoDaddy, and G Suite.

We spent about $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this project from June–September 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website responded to all of our needs and requests, and they added every functionality we asked for. We conducted tests to make sure that everything worked smoothly. They were also very quick to finish the website, which was user-friendly. Moreover, being a non-technical person, they made sure that I had a clear understanding of the process and gave me great recommendations about new integrations. Overall, the results of our engagement were great.

How did CODECLOUDS perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style was very good. They were very transparent throughout the process, and they delivered the final product ahead of schedule and stayed within our budget.  We communicated through Google Meet, Zoom, and Telegram. For managing tasks, we used Trello.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I felt in control during the entire process. They always gave me numerous options to choose from, which was very important to us. Overall, it was a great experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. They did an excellent job.

Check out what they’ve done for us and you will realize how good their work is. You don’t need any technical experience; they will walk you through the whole process and explain everything to you in a way that you will understand clearly.

I don't know how to create or setup marketing sites. They Do and Did that for me. Im not sure how to integrate my marketing site with CRMs. They Do and Did that for me. Basically I know how (well i think i do) to market and get sales for my products. So when I need someone to take care of the technical side of things I go to my reps at CodeClouds and they get it done for me.

With the time i save on web development and CRM integration I am able to focus solely on marketing and growing my business.

I'm impressed with their round-the-clock service. When we need something worked on or fixed I have the confidence to know someone from Code Clouds is on it.

We’d had several failed dev partnerships in the past and needed an agency to build an end-to-end software solution.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’d developed an initial wireframe for the app and gave the specs to CODECLOUDS to begin the dev. They did custom coding for the backend and had dev, QA, and production environments. The app is hosted on AWS. End clients can use the app to streamline their RFP process, condensing the creation, distribution, and tabulation of RFPs all into one program. The software is written in a manner to have the ability to expand into the private sector and also be white labeled.

What is the team composition?

We had two main points of contact, but the overall team was probably around eight people.

How did you come to work with CODECLOUDS?

We found CODECLOUDS online. We’d picked the wrong company many times before and were wary about an overseas partner, but their price was competitive, so we gave them a small pilot project. Their work was the highest quality we’d seen from any of our former dev partners, so we extended the relationship.

We’ve spent between $75,000–$100,000.

We partnered in May 2017, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re a small company with limited funds, but when people see the app, they think we spent much more on it than we actually did—that’s how high quality it is. People are blown away by the UX and how the app makes the complicated RFP process so simple.

How did CODECLOUDS perform from a project management standpoint?

We have daily standup meetings with at least two people from their team. We use Trello to track our progress and can always reach them on Skype, if needed. Whenever we have a problem, they quickly respond to resolve it as soon as possible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

During the beginning of our engagement, we realized our wireframes weren’t 100% complete, but CODECLOUDS didn’t charge us extra to finish them up. They walked us through the app development process and were upfront about their expectations, price, and limitations. They don’t just listen to our problems but also do their best to fix them.

They just need to continue to mature and listen to their customers.

MDX Solutions Ltd is an internet marketing company. I'm the executive assistant to the CEO, the marketing director, and I also perform data analyst functions.

In order to open new merchant identification numbers, we needed to create unique, independent bank sites. We have 30 merchant identification numbers overall, so we needed 30 new bank sites.

We wanted all 30 sites to be completed as soon as possible, with each site holding a different score of products, company information, and text, as well as a different look and layout.

How did you select this vendor?

CODECLOUDS came highly recommended by a mutual business affiliate. Our CEO had a phone meeting with the team and agreed to trial the service.

First, we set out the specifications for the project. Each site needed to have a different configuration of products and relevant text. Also, at least one product should be named after the site domain. We provided a variety of information (e.g. domains, images, product descriptions, and company information), which the team included in the websites.

We worked with a developer every day. We generally dealt with the same people throughout the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have been able to submit merchant identification number applications for five companies, providing us with 15 merchant identification numbers in total so far. Results have happened much quicker than we initially thought they would.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicate via Skype or Email, and we provide commentary as the sites are developed. Skype is for general questions, and email is for tasks. All email chains are well monitored, and all of our questions are answered or executed on quickly. The sites are created through an El Minara CMS. Their effective working style has enabled them to create one website per day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They work quickly and efficiently. Whenever we give feedback, they implement the correction quickly and don't repeat the issue. There has been no task too big or too small for them.

There aren't many ways their service could be improved.

We worked with a few developers and development companies before selecting CODECLOUDS. Our first time meeting Rex (VP of Sales, CODSCLOUDS) was at a tradeshow, and he was very passionate about his business. We ultimately decided on him when our previous development company failed to deliver on a project.

We primarily worked with them to build landing pages for products and e-commerce sites, but they also created a smooth interface between our CRM and our clients' websites. Their contacts regarding merchanting, marketing, and app development have also been valuable.

We primarily interfaced via email with our team of four developers and several supervisors. We always felt comfortable going to our representative or the managers if we needed something as well.

Without the speed and care that CODECLOUDS provided, we wouldn’t have grown to the size we are now. Their service was critical.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We shared our work via email and they would respond in the same thread. We also had Skype, but we primarily used that for emergencies. They never failed to deliver a daily progress report.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their combination of quality and speed was outstanding. Most of the items we needed were turned around on the same day.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing would be to better inform us of when their team would be available. That didn’t have much of an impact on us, however.
