Creation of a web shop, everything was done within the agreed time, exactly as I imagined, the colors, design, functionality of the web shop were really up to par. I am delighted and very satisfied with the communication and the speed of creation, everything was very professional and done according to plan and agreement.

• establish post-sales functionality to inform customers of potential discounts and news

In the beginning, we were in doubt and weren't sure if it was worth investing in the development of a web store, but we had enough knowledge and were sure what exactly we needed.

In the beginning, we were interested in the product presentation that they offered us in a way that we could understand, which we undoubtedly got, and in the end it all paid off.

If we consider the period from January 1, 2020 until today, we are talking about some 2,800 orders, and a total of 3,800 sold products.

However, it is more important to emphasize that the 2,300 orders refer only to the year 2021 which is the result of continuous investment through 2020 in various functionalities of the web shop, marketing and weekly promotions.

So today we are talking about some 40% of the total business that we achieve through our web store, which is an excellent indicator and direction for further development.

Their knowledge and capability are at a high level. In short, the quality of performance, speed, punctuality, communication when making the final decision on potential changes, and finally the price itself are commendable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The final result of the last project was, as always, above all expectations. It is important to emphasize that our customers and colleagues from the industry, as well as our competitors, constantly notice changes and we receive constant praise for this.

It is also important to note that the web shop was nominated for the best web shop in 2021 in the consumer-tech category. That is one more indicator of the quality of work and knowledge provided by Codeart Studio.

We certainly continue to cooperate with Codeart Studio because we want to continue working on the development of the online store and business in general.

So far, all the tasks have been carried out as we imagined, even above that, so there is no reason to make any changes in this cooperation.

First of all they made full analysis on our situation and give us solution. After signing agreement with them, we started working. First of all, our partner Codeart listen to us and our vision how to present ourself (regarding web page design and direct marketing).

They were prepared, even learned about our business and products to sell so they can offer us the best solution possible. When they were writing blogs on our web, they were always consulting with us and keeping us posted.

It was mostly presentation towards our new potential clients and we wanted to be presented on the web so anyone can find us. Expecially as we have retail in city centar of Split, Croatia. We did not have results in visible projection as we did not engaged them in google adwords or facebook promotion so we can not give you measurable outcomes.

We mostly had communication through emails and sometimes on cell phones. But they replied everytime and solve all problems in their domain.

After the official offer, I agreed to the terms and we started planning the project. What positively surprised me was that the design planning was preceded by a detailed marketing research conducted by Codeart.studio. Based on this, wireframing and detailed website design were done in the Figma program. The design phase is over and I am pleased with the result. In the near future I plan to hire Codeart.studio for web development as well.

The website was created in WordPress CMS. After testing and my confirmation that I am satisfied with everything, the website is open to the public.
