What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They are actively helping us with the different growing challenges that we face. Everyone is happy, otherwise, we wouldn’t be growing. We have the backend, which is the CRM, but the key thing that’s used daily is the app. If the app wasn’t great, we would have a lot of problems and our clients wouldn’t stay with us. It’s the app and the support that matters, and it all works well.
We see maybe one support ticket in a two-week period, and it’s usually about us not knowing how to do something. We rarely have an emergency for which we have to drop everything and fix it. I am doing this review because they have truly helped us with our ups and downs and tricky situations.
How did Code Inspiration perform from a project management standpoint?
Most of the time, when we have active phases for the project, they are involved in our weekly meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their quality of work and client orientation are impressive. They adapt when needed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We have been working together for such a long time. There is always a place to improve but there is nothing serious. They are such small things that they aren’t even worth mentioning.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They are client orientated, fully hands-on, and always honest about the cost and what you face. They show you the way, about any problems you might face because of a choice, but it’s always up to the client.
