Remote signature for hostess agency
Our client, one of the most prestigious hostess agency from Paris, approached us with the problem of signing contracts by hostesses. Lack of time, logistical problems and the need to sign the contract before the hostess starts work caused big complications and resulted in necessity to resign from some clients.
We offered the client to build a mobile application where hostesses can sign their contracts without visiting the agency's headquarters. This solution solved the problem that had existed for many years.

Social networking site
Stylefect is a marketplace solution that connects the worlds of social media and e-commerce. Stylefect provides a set of tools that enable the platform users to:
- E-commerce/Online bussines: Sell products and services settled in the commission system.
- Content creators/Influencers: Become sellers who earn money by selling products from online stores found on Stylefect
- Social media users: Change/maintain desired image by accessing inspiration with the options to buy products and services with potentially the best offers shared by Content creators/Influencers (sellers)

Work Agency System
Our client, one of the largest employment agencies in Paris and the surrounding area (Ille de France) consisting of several departments, entrusted us with building an internal system covering all processes in the organization from customer relationship management, recruitment process, project management, documents flow, payments, settlements, etc.
The system significantly increases operational efficiency, automates many processes, introduces new standards to the organization and reduces operational costs. Moreover, the client and candidate modules and connections with external recruitment portals transfer many operations to third parties, such as the client or candidates.
In this project, Coblit has carried out the implementation of an analysis, building an environment, determining the design, software development, testing and implementation into the organization along with training.

Mobile application for patients
Coblit has created for his client, an innovative company specializing in the field of modern solutions in the field of pharmaceutical care and compliance, mobile and web applications to support technology in the everyday pharmacological treatment of patients.
The application supports patients by displaying recommendations for medicines using pictograms, reminders regarding the need to take medicines and educational materials.
In this project, we were responsible for the entire implementation from analysis, environment development, software development and implementation in the client's organization.

Cannabis platform
For one of the pioneers of medical cannabis products in Poland, we have built a web platform that allows the management of medical cannabis cards and users, and easy verification of medical cannabis licenses by the security services, police, etc. Additionally, the system has been integrated with the pharmacy system, thanks to which the purchased products in the pharmacy are automatically visible on the patient's card.

Income and expenses settlement system
For the needs of a client, one of the fastest growing sports centers in northern Poland, Coblit has created a system is used to register revenue and cost operations in the organization. The system enables quickly and easily searching for financial information, analyzing account balances, reviewing financial cooperation with contractors/co-workers and controlling finances in the department or whole organization.

WEB application Glinno
For one of the Polish startup, we have built a web platform that allows the management of problems and improvements inside the organization. The application helps to bring out the potential from employees and implement new improvements in the enterprise.
In this project, Coblit has carried out the implementation of analysis, building an environment, create graphics layout, develop of software, test and implement application into the Client's environment.

SignSafe - sign documents
SignSafe is a fast and secure method of collecting signatures on any document. The system allows you to send to recipient and remotely sign any PDF document by any person - clients, employees, co-workers, contractors, etc. A signature is made by hand on a smartphone screen. The solution can be used both remotely and on-site.
Ecological and paperless solution
Possibility to integrate with other systems (i.ex. CRM, ERP, billing systems, others)

Training / course platform and issuing certificate
The training platform allows you to create any course consisting of video material (video material or YouTube link) and closed-answer questions. The system automatically calculates whether the user has achieved the appropriate level to pass the exam. In the event of successful completion of the course, the platform will automatically generate a course completion certificate according to the uploaded template.

Application to report of issues
A mobile application for community reporting of all kinds of issues. In Poland, Lithuania and Latvia, the application is used by non-profit organizations to report unfair consumer practices by citizens. It can be used for any type of notification. In addition, the application provides interesting information to users through the included news and report sections..
The manager of the application has web access that allows to manage and export notifications, manage users, add news and reports.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Coblit developed a mechanism to translate the system (both web and desktop) enabling easy upload and/or modifications of new languages. We worked together (over shared Json files) to translate polish text into Greek and/or English. Coblit also adjusted and replaced in the system all visuals including Polish text (bitmaps and graphics) with the ones provided by our graphic designer. Final stage was to customize or enhance the system with market specific requirements: license agreement, local ISVs, installation files, applications settings, pharmacy company details etc.
What was the team composition?
1 Project Manager, 1 Business Requirements Analyst, 1 System Administrator 1 Developer.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The system is the key infrastructure for the business development of our innovative pharmaceutical care new service to the Greek market.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
During the kick-off meeting we have agreed project plan, key milestones and rules of engagement. After each project block we had a teleconference during which we were discussing progress, occurred incidents and issues. Main point of contact for us was the project manager, with whom we had periodical contact via Skype, email or phone.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Considering the "uncharted waters" of the project, in the sense that original software was not developed by Coblit, the company showed commitment and flexibility in all unexpected situations. Cobit's project management was available at most times for QA, testing and issues resolution Remote communication proved to work well for Coblit.

I hired Coblit to create a system to manage problems and improvements within the organization. Users can access this tool through web browser both on PC and mobile devices.
What were your goals for this project?
The aim of the project was to create a flexible tool that can be implemented in any organization in any industry.
How did you select this vendor?
I met Piotr at the university, he was characterized by diligence and creativity. We met many years later and when I told him about my vision he helped me implement my idea. This is how Glinno was created.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
At the beginning of the project Coblit presented the schedule with suggested milestones. Once we agreed the scope and timelines, Coblit began the analysis stage. They have prepared the prototype of the solution, which was very intuitive for the end use. After few corrections / improvements, mock-ups have been accepted by me and Coblit started to prepare graphic layout for the system. Accordingly, to the schedule, I was receiving further modules of the system. Once the solution has been finished, Coblit conducted testing stage which has been followed by Glinno team testing. Once everything has been checked and working as planned, application has been transferred for Glinno environment, so I was able to start commercialization of the tool.

From Coblit site I have been in contact with project manager and business analytic. Furthermore, they had testing and development team.

Together with Coblit I was able to create a tool which I had in my mind for a while and now is helping organizations to manage their employees’ ideas and suggestions for improvements. Thanks to Coblit experience and professionalism I was able to create a tool which can be beneficial for companies and other organizations.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Coblit was very flexible and as I’m also having other professional commitments, they were adjusting to my busy schedule. We were speaking via phone or via Skype conference. In case of any questions/ queries, I had one, main point of contact, who was always available for me.

The aim of the project is to register and distribute cards for users. Furthermore, to create a tool in which e.g. Police can verify if the person is eligible to use and possess cannabis products.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The whole project has been divided into main phases. The first phase - project analysis, the Coblit analyst gathered all our requirements and needs during a series of teleconferences. In addition, the Coblit team suggested many creative solutions to improve the process in the future system.
The collected requirements were transferred into a prototype, which was presented in the form of mock-ups. The mock-ups showed us exactly what we will receive and can expect after the implementation of the project. Then Coblit presented us with the graphic layout of the solution, which suited our tastes.
Once completed the analysis phase and accepted the shape of the future solution, they started the programming phase. After internal tests of the created solution, Coblit at the meeting presented us the future system and trained future system users. Even though application is already created, we can still count on Coblit support.
Application created by Coblit is addressed into 3 groups of users:
Patients – they have access to see the history of their prescriptions, allowed quantity of medical marijuana and possibility to activate Cannahelp card Medical institutions – ability to add new patients’ cards and prescriptions
Verifiers (e.g. Police) – ability to verify if the given person is allowed to possess and allowed quantity of medical marijuana
Admins – system management (users, cards and medical institutions management etc.) Coblit prepared analysis, graphic layout and development of the project.

During the whole project, we had one point of contact – Coblit’s project manager by who we passed all suggestions and issues.

The implemented solution has opened a new market for us and allowed us to implement a unique product in Poland.

Coblit knew exactly how to carry out such project, so we trusted them in 100%. After established significant milestones, we met at Skype and Coblit presented a created part of work. We had excellent communication in the project and were informed about the progress of work on a regular basis via Skype and email.

Our core product is OpfarmSoftNova and corelated Lekolepki – pictographic support for patients and pharmacists regarding medicines dosage and other important information. Before we had an mobile application, we were using only physical stickers printed from our desktop system which were placed on medicines by pharmacist in pharmacy. Coblit suggested us the solution for iOS and Android mobile devices to replace physical stickers. We decided that it’s very innovative and we would like to create it.
What were your goals for this project?
The main goal was to transfer physical product (stickers) to digital version. Furthermore, we could educate patients regarding various illnesses and possibilities of curing it. Having an application at Google Play and AppStore will lead to increased number of users of our products.

We have been collaborating with Coblit since couple years while creating our pharmaceutical software. Each meeting is bringing us new ideas and opportunities for development. Their creativity and experience allow us increase scope of our businesses and transfer a lot of our solutions to digital version and Internet, as it happened with application for patients and pharmacists.

First phase of the project contained various meetings during which Coblit’s business analyst and project manager collected our needs and requirements. Based on that information Coblit’s team created and presented us prototype of the future solution containing proposed processes and graphic layout. After sharing our feedback and suggesting some small changes, Coblit started programming phase. Dedicated project manager was keeping us informed about the progress and within agreed timeframes we were receiving finished modules. Furthermore, Coblit was participating in our internal meetings which allowed to shorten decision making process. Once the application has been created and accepted, selected employees from Piktorex have been trained how to mange it. Furthermore, our application has been implemented to Google Play and App Store

I’m a CEO at KADO hostess agency. Created in 2012, KADO is an event agency specializing in permanent, temporary and event reception, the communication strategy and the creation of a pop-up stores.

Each hostess needs to sign a contract before staring a new order, which is sometimes very problematic as they need to come to our HQ. This caused a lot problems and lost time for each side. We contacted Coblit with a need to solve this issue and create a special tool for us to facilitate our daily work.

The goal was to facilitate our employees daily work, so they can sign a contract remotely – they do not need to visit HQ everytime while staring new project.
How did you select this vendor?
I knew Coblit as they are supporting one of our group’ companies. I met with Piotr on lunch in Paris – I have explained him what our problem was and asked for proposed solutions to solve it. His idea to create a mobile application to sign a contact remotely was perfect for our situation therefore we have decided to implement it.
Describe the project in detail.
During first phase Coblit prepared for us detailed mock-ups which showed us how the solution will look like and which processes will contain. We shared our feedback and remarks what should be changed and based on that Coblit also prepared all the graphic design of the new application.
Once approved they have created an application which was also uploaded to Google Play and Apple Store. Additionally, web admin panel has been implemented within the organization. Furthermore, Coblit has prepared manuals explaining how to use the solution and conducted a training for our employees.

Implementation of this solution has positively impacted on our processes and KADO employees daily work – hostesses do not need to visit HQ everytime when there is a need to sign a new contract. Furthermore, if there is a need to find a particular contract, we can easily locate them as they are stored in one place.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They're always reachable if we have an issue or questions. After some significant milestones, we met at KADO's HQ and Coblit presented a demo, which was then implemented. Daily communication we kept via Skype and email.

They're very creative and open-minded and thanks to their ideas we have managed to create a dedicated tool which facilitated our daily work. Additionally, whole process went very smoothly and did not consumed too much of our employees’ time.
