The implementation of Power BI system we have ordered started from project architecture discussion. Later we discussed and agreed the personal dashboards drafts with KPIs each owners want on them. After that Cobit Solutions has imported our data from CRM., ERP, and other IPs to analyze and show the neccessary KPIs in one place.

The dashboards were developed and tested for correct work and data. We have studied how to use new analytics tools and even creat new dashboards on the base of the implemented project.

The work done was planning 3 personal dashboard drafts, creating the architecture of the system, and developing dashboards.
