I am the Head of Marketing of a telecommunications company

We are a company that specializes in providing VoIP services and virtual phone numbers to both businesses and individuals. They offer a variety of telecommunication solutions including local and mobile phone numbers, toll-free numbers, fax numbers, SMS numbers, and disposable numbers. The company supports VoIP with options like cloud PBX, call forwarding, and voicemail systems, catering to a global audience with numbers available in over 90 countries.

Our goals were Power BI system implementation into our business and development of inerractive analytical reports. We applied to the company and discussed the details.

Cobit Solutions undertook to develop and implement Power BI project for us. We also planned to get 5 personal dashboards. The first stage was negotiation of details for the architecture of the system they have created and implemented. Later each dashboard was developed and tested by the reconciliation dashboard for the correct reports and KPIs. The last stage was our staff training to use Interactive analytics dashboards and even clone new ones on the base of the system implemented

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We didn't see the weak point before Power BI implementations. Now we track the efficiency of our working activity, offer more client-oriented service, make business decisions and budget predictions. The project saves time
