Coaching Outaouais

There comes a time or circumstances, where what has served us until now no longer works. Or we are faced with a new situation for which we do not have all the desired skills (for example, a promotion or a new job). Or, we feel we can do more, go further and we do not know how to approach this new progression. Although armed with good will, one strikes walls or moves more slowly than one would like. It is in these moments that coaching can intervene. To make these transformations alone requires not only discipline but means, but our means are limited to what we know, feel and are. In life, we usually have the test first and then receive the lesson! We proceed by more or less successful trials, mistakes that we repeat (alas!), And sometimes learning that brings us elsewhere. We are building a way of conceiving the world around us, of naming what happens to us, of feeling and acting in a certain way. This way of our own is the framework within which each of us functions. It is because we operate within this framework that we repeat the same behaviors, that we give the same answers to the challenges that are posed to us or that we ask ourselves.
