Coaching Choinière

Francine Choinière practices coaching with executives, senior executives, and managers from both the private and public sectors. It helps executives achieve their business and professional goals more effectively, including the development of management skills and strategic and relationship skills. She is a coach certified by the International Coach Federation.

She has worked for several years in manufacturing and service companies, national and international, including twenty years in the areas of organizational development and human resources management. She held strategic senior management positions and acquired a wealth of business knowledge, complementing her experience in developing human potential.

Over the course of her career, she has developed expertise in the development and implementation of succession management and talent development programs. His experience as a member of management committees coupled with that of a specialist in organizational development allows him to support uniquely senior executives and managers.

Also trained in facilitation, she regularly leads focus groups and workshops for management committees or other work teams.
