I’m a project manager at an auto parts retail company.

What challenges were you trying to address with CNET Technology Systems?

We hired them to provide social media marketing (SMM) and development services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CNET manages all of our social networks and our OS as well as our billing and client management platform. Additionally, they oversee all of our servers. The team is also working on new projects including restyling our old website, upgrading our billing and taxing report system, and developing our e-commerce website.

What was the team composition?

I’ve worked directly with 5–6 people from CNET.

How did you come to work with CNET Technology Systems?

They worked for our company longer than I had, so I wasn't sure how we hired them. However, we chose to continue collaborating with them because they were professional and they showed us great performance through their deliverables and timeliness. On top of that, they were responsive and provided us with excellent support.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent $15,000–$20,000 in the last six months.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2007, and we have an ongoing collaboration. We’ve been working with CNET for about 15 years.

The partnership’s results have been great, and we’ve had great communications with their project manager and everyone involved in the project. Overall, they’ve cultivated a great level of mutual trust and respect between our teams.
