I’m the director of an agency that specializes in developing curated loyalty and rewards solutions.

We hired Cnab Digital to build a CMS and its associated website and apps.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to deliver turnkey rewards programs that fulfilled the expectations of our corporate clients and their end users.

We had face-to-face interviews and evaluation sessions.

Initially, Cnab Digital built the CMS for our rewards programs. We rehired them later to enhance and update the platform for different clients. For the second phase, they report to me for overall technology operations, which included managing relevant specialist contract services. They’ve also created, managed, and maintained the associated website and apps.

What was the team composition?

For the first project, they reported to our general manager as part of a web development team. I am directly in touch with their team for the second phase.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Cnab Digital has delivered everything on time and according to our requirements. They understand the promotional goals of our clients, not just their technical needs. Our clients are highly satisfied with their work, and we have not had seen any significant shortcomings.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I’m responsible for managing the projects at an executive level while Cnab Digital supervises at the operational level. This arrangement works for us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sometimes, they are a little too independent and proactive. I’d appreciate more updates about their progress so I could better manage our clients’ expectations.
