I hired CMdigital for content writing tasks in the Hallwil project. My main goal was to delegate the content creation process to proven experts in copywriting. Now they constantly write articles for our blog, SEO texts for our website, and sometimes articles for external media.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their texts have a really high quality and they help us to reach our marketing goals. I give clear terms of reference, full of details, and they always take it into account and present great work.

The manager who is assigned to the project regularly communicates with us. In the chat, we discuss the details, if necessary. The work is delivered on time, it's also nice that the guys don't mind suggesting their improvements.

Their writers are extremely skilled, which allows them to produce high-quality articles, taking into account all the requirements and market trends.

I'm co-founder of referral recruiting service BONUS.work. BONUS.work is platform where IT companies publish vacancies with referral bonuses. Other platform users can recommend themselves or candidates they know on this vacancies and in case of successful recommendation get cash reward.

We started working with CMDIGITAL since service was launched. The CMDIGITAL team helps us to build marketing plan and promote service in the IT community.

Although, having strong technical skills and comprehensive understanding of the business domain my team has lack of marketing expertise. A friend of mine friend refer CMDIGITAL as the company that will help us to build marketing strategy and promote our service.

When our startup was launched, CMDIGITAL supported us with content marketing and digital PR. They created how-to articles, news for clients and partners, sites texts and posts for social media. We are working with CMDIGITAL now and ready to recommend them.

CMDIGITAL appointed a small team for our project (project manager, writer, designer). We developed some KPIs for them (amount of articles, etc).

We wanted to create a communication strategy for Systeam in Ukraine and CIS. We don’t have marketing managers in the core team, so we hired CMDIGITAL to reach new clients. We needed content and communication strategy and we needed content specialists to execute our strategy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and used recommendations. Then we shortlisted 4 companies and interwieved them. After that we gave test tasks (Facebook post and short article for mass media).

After the brief they started with market research and helped us to identify out target audiences, and came up with the list of topics, keywords and media plan. Then they setup profiles in Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. After that, they started to write and post articles in listed mass media. They created schedule, guidelines, tone of voice, so now we can write our own posts for our blogs.

Our blogs in company profiles increased organic traffic by 55%. But the main important result we received a precise target audience. So the conversation increased by 70%. Total brand awareness increased by 80%.

We scheduled weekly meetings to discuss topics and to make prioritization and a summary of the work. They used analytics: Google, Facebook, Instagram. Every month they sent us monthly report.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their account manager supervised all the schedules so we didn’t have any missed deadlines. Their content managers tried to get a deep understanding of the topics, asked the right questions, and gave us brilliant advice.

They required detailed briefs for every task.

Since publishing a bunch of texts, we received new registrations from the top publications. We also could set long-term partnerships with some websites after they received high-quality content.

They've been great at management, deadlines, and responsiveness to any urgent tasks. We used messenger to communicate, and they're always quick to respond even after working hours.

I'd like it if they adapt to the requirements of the client that could eliminate the need to make the same edits from time to time.

Content units were delivered on time. If, due to high workload or high number of briefs from us the content couldn't be delivered on time, CMDIGITAL communicated this as early as possible and always provided us with clear deadlines.
