I’m a business development leader at AXA, an insurance company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Clover IT Services?

We wanted to develop a mobile app related to car insurance, car rental, and personal driver insurance.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided Clover IT Services with wireframe documents. They developed our iOS and Android apps. Their team implemented features to allow users to choose rental cars and insurance plans. They also built the platform so we can verify and track the rentals. In addition, they developed an online payment system and created a chat tool for users to contact our team. We’re currently in the process of launching the app, and Clover IT Services is available for support if needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The apps were completed successfully, and we’ve had a fantastic experience working with them. The quality of the code is strong, user-friendly, and fulfills our expectations. We’ve gathered survey results, and the feedback from users is great. There are no issues or major bugs.

How did Clover IT Services perform from a project management standpoint?

I appreciate their project management skills and we use Redmine. Clover IT Services are always responsive and helpful. Even though we needed to change our requirements, their team has been flexible and accepting. During the tougher parts of the project, they were still very supportive.
