Thereafter, they helped us in consolidating the multiple services were using into a unified platform. The team at CloudConverge got on calls with us in the initial discovery phase to understand the complete infrastructure. They understood the limitations and boundaries we had owing to the legacy setup we already had in place. Thereafter, they gave recommendations to optimize our disparate infrastructure spread across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We decided to go ahead with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft365 as the central platform with migrations of our infrastructure on AWS and Google being planned for down the line.

The cloud and communication systems migration was a great success. We now have a much better consolidated and an easier to manage system in place. We also have lot more confidence in the security of our infrastructure. We have already hired them for our next round of projects.

We had developed an intranet based application, where we had integrated a mls providers with the backend, fetching property details and displaying this to agents on the backend. The admin of the system was able to assign properties to agents through the system and workflow can be selected by the agents related to showing of the property, managing leads & deals, etc. The platform also offers sales, target tracking, maps incentive structures through the application. The solution was developed using .NET Core with integration to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure services.

The team standardized core processes with approvals, audit trails, and strong role-based access. They also reduced manual work through automation, accurate master data, and integrated reporting. CloudConverge took care of the following modules:
Accounting: Finalized chart of accounts, cost centers, and accounting dimensions. Managed AP/AR, invoices, credit notes, advances, dunning, payment terms, and multi-currency. Configured tax rules, statutory formats, and financial document templates. Set up bank accounts, payment entries, bank reconciliation, and cash/bank controls. Established month-end and year-end closing with exchange revaluation.
Warehouse & Inventory: Set up item master with attributes, variants, barcodes, UoM, valuation, and reorder rules. Created warehouse/bins structure, batch/serial tracking, and FIFO/FEFO. Managed goods receipts/issues, stock transfers, landed cost vouchers, cycle counting schedules, variance rules, and stock reconciliation.

Sales, purchase, and payroll cycles became 20% faster. Inventory accuracy increased to 97–99% due to batch/serial tracking and clean master data. Real-time dashboards improved decision-making, and standardized approvals strengthened compliance. Overall, teams became significantly more productive with consistent, reliable data across all departments.We didn't formally track KPIs before the implementation, but the improvements were clearly visible through team feedback and operational observation. Departments consistently reported reduced manual work as automated workflows replaced spreadsheet-based tasks. Cycle times in sales, purchasing, and payroll became noticeably faster due to real-time data access and streamlined approvals.
