We hired Cloudarmee to help us in maintaining our AWS servers.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Cloudarmee maintains our servers in AWS and helps us in purchasing and installing specific hardware and software.
What is the team composition?
I'm not sure of the exact number of people that work with us from their team, but there is a project manager, a team leader, and support staff who are always readily available and accessible.
How did you come to work with Cloudarmee?
They were referred to us by a mutual person. We reached out to them to discuss our project, which they were more than happy to do.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we spend approximately $1,500 on a monthly basis.
What is the status of the engagement?
We began our partnership in January 2022, and we're still engaged with them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? `
Cloudarmee resolves any downtime or bugs on our servers quickly.
How did Cloudarmee perform from a project management standpoint?
They're very responsive to any issues that we raise with them and always try to deliver a task within the agreed timeline and budget.
Whenever some issues arise, they will coordinate with my team and me to try to minimize the issues with the app and hardware.
We have a ticketing system that we both use to address any issue, and typically communicate via Skype, phone calls, and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We're very impressed with their competitive pricing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We would love for them to be more cost-effective than they currently are. They can also improve on reducing the downtime more but generally, they do a great job.
Any advice for potential customers?
Ensure to communicate your needs and the goals you want to achieve with them, so that you're on the same page from the beginning of the project.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cloudarmee?
One of our client's SaaS product was launched last year and have been receiving huge bills on cloud spending, we were looking for vendors who have experience in optimising the cloud costs for us.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Approaching the Cloudarmee team with this problem was easy for us and they could understand and come back with the solution just after a single call. They helped us with an experienced POC in optimising cloud cost expenses and the collaboration is ongoing.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
In the discovery call itself, the team understood the problem, which happens only when the team is experienced. That gave us the confidence to go ahead with the CA team. They came back with a proposal and resource allocation and POC for the same. Chris is easy to get along with and an experienced guy. Had a couple of calls in understanding the process better and setting up goals and timelines. Till date its an on-going easy engagement.
