The website design, app design, e-commerce solutions, logo design, digital marketing, and online portal services are all available from us in London. As a project manager there, I work.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cloud Designs, and what were your goals?

For the development and design of our company website, we chose Cloud Designs Ltd. From their service that, we can get a dependable and responsive website that will increase our company's revenue.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One of their team members posted their website portfolio on social media platforms and we found their work attractive. We direly need a business website so we caught them from there.

On Zoom, the project manager hosted a meeting. Their design and development team also attended the meeting. They gathered and recorded all the data we provided about the company, the competition, and our objectives. After that, they showed us the wireframe they had produced with improved user experience. After we gave the wireframe our permission, the designer and developer got to work.

They first constructed the website design and requested feedback on the structure, tone, theme, information, colors, and overall designs. When we requested a change in theme, they gave us an explanation of why they had chosen it. We understood what they were saying. After that, they displayed the finished website draught containing the design, content, images, and CTAs and then launched.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Because they updated all the modifications they made to the website, their design team and developer constantly got in touch with us. When the project first began, the project manager interacted with us. So, 3 to 4 people in all were involved in our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We got responsive and reliable web design as we demanded from them and also Revenue boosted. We saw an increase In customer engagement towards our services. They worked according to the set deadlines.

They dealt with the email. Then met on zoom and shared the project update on Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their teamwork was appreciable and they were clear about their expertise. They discussed all the possibilities with each other.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We found changes in the theme but their team cleared what was the purpose to choose that theme.
