I am the director of an Entertainment Agency, we provide DJs and Live musicians to South East QLD, Austrlaia.

We were looking to test the market and see if we could potentially access a parallel market that we weren't really servicing. Primarily our agency works with venues. Our goal is to provide more work for our current talent base and in turn create more revenue.

We found them through google. The initial interview was deciding factor. Made us feel calm, confident and capable.

We begun with a discovery call that showed us the market and customer avatar. We learnt that not many businesses in our market were actually advertising so we should have a lot of success. The first 2-3 weeks was a lot of back and forth honing messaging and making sure the leads that come in are the right kind of leads. This opened up to the team developing landing pages for wedding entertainment and regular entertainment which gained even more click-throughs.

They assigned a project manager but Liam the director of the company has dropped in multiple times to help with more complex issues.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the PPC campaign we have had double and in some case triple the amount of leads we expected.

You can access them as often as you like through a simple calendar booking service. I've never found a time where they were more then 3-4 hrs away from replying in usual business hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of professionalism and communication has been a real treat.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One thing I will say is we were not prepared for the amount of leads coming in or how we should handle them. Looking back we probably should of waited to implement quite a few things before ever beginning the process of engaging them as the results when they began came thick and fast.

Clique.agency were tasked with taking over our account after we had been using multiple different companies that either left ads on pause or were unable to give us a return on income. I was lucky enough to come across clique.agency. They immediately made the required adjustments to the account and we have seen amazing results every since. They have been able to consistently reduce our cpc and give us a great roi, conducted great keyword research and have been able to consistently provide us with an average of 80 new clients a month since working with them

Liam and the team were very approachable and had an organised way of setting their agenda. Working with the team was never a problem and any technicalities were sorted extremely promptly.

Their respect for someone who was an extremely inexperienced business person. When I started the business I instituted a policy. Hire good people, even if they cost more. I made the right choice here. No doubt.

After seeing their tiktok content, i approached clique.agency for a strategy session. It was super in-depth, they really took the time to learn about me, my business and my goals. It was a no brainer when they showed me the opportunity i had at hand.

Running through the strategy session, some downfalls of my business was pointed out, which clique helped me to fix up, before we started to run google ads to landing pages that they designed. They helped me with my offer to the market, landing pages, my ads accounts and ongoing ads management and conversion rate optimisation.

The team included a Senior Strategists and a Strategist to implement the landing pages, google ads and management.

We have seen a massive increase in the leads flowing into the business. This has resulted in a 8x in business in the first 90 days, and it continue to grows monthly. I use to sit by the phone, and wait for the calls, but now we have had so many leads, we are actively hiring more staff, including office staff just to take the lead flow.

They have a ticketing support system which i can email, and someone on the team will get back to me incredibly fast, usually under 2 hours. I'm also able to book in a meeting with them at any time. I recieve weekly update emails, and have monthly calls to discuss my goals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their responsiveness and commitment to results. I've worked with several agencies and they havn't come anywhere near to what ive experienced with clique. they come to me constantly with opportunities for more leads.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Theres nothing really that i would like to improve, The results have been amazing, and I'm looking forward to working with them for years to come.

well I have had more than expected outcome . Initially i was putting money into my company in order forit to survive and now thanks to Liam its surviving by iteself. I havent made any profit yet but I hopeful it will work

I dont think so , I have worked with other companies and clique.agency is far superior to any of them. Its a bit expensive but I guess you have to pay for quality
