For what projects/services did your company hire Clickingmad Ltd., and what were your goals?
Our website was over 6 years old, and getting rather tired and no longer meeting our needs. We again went out to market to re-develop the site. We were specifically looking for a fresh look, but something that would stand the test of time, with better navigation and improved display of the information

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have worked with Clickingmad a number of times, and always found them and the team very good, and able to visualise and challenge our ideas
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a kick of meeting with our communications team and Clickingmad to talk through the project and what we were looking to do, along with other websites that we liked and didn't like and why. Whilst we thought out the pages and page flows for the information flow, Clickingmad focused on the design and functionality side. After a number of designs were presented, we settled on a design, colures and fonts to use, and following this they worked on building the pages.

The project was managed by the project manager at Clickingmad along with a designer and developer
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The site is a reference site, as well as the Association site for members so traffic was not a main driver, but as a result we are seeing more visitors reach the pages quicker, with positive feedback on the visitor journey and our members also seeing improved contacts from visitors

We have regular catch ups throughout the project, as well as reviews of the pages as they developed, and at each stage we were kept up to date, and what they were working on
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We got the website that we hoped for, which we are able to self manage, and with the team in the background to support when needed. The team are a very friendly team who collaborate through out to ensure that we get what we want with the minimum of having to re-work
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I was very happy with the way it worked, particularly as we developed a lot of this under the Covid measures. When we went live we found a few small bugs which were quickly fixed, but they were impossible to spot
