What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We saw a lot of improvement in attracting new patients– we’ve seen a 75% increase. Many of them said they loved the website Michael created for me.
They’re also very quick to fix problems. There was one time that a function of the website went down and the next day he had it up and running.
How did ClickDone perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated frequently and it was easy to set up meetings. Whenever I needed him to change something, he immediately made the change.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed with what they can do. They’re very friendly. When we started, Michael didn’t know about dentistry, but he took the time to learn. He’s a great person to work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We sometimes have to have him change some of the wording on the site. I think he will improve as he gets more experience on the dentistry side.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Explain your objectives very clearly. Give him as much information as you can so he can understand what you want in-depth.
