I’m a content creator for Home Service Stock, a stock photo and video company.

What challenge were you trying to address with ClickCallSell?
We needed our content to reach our target audiences, so we hired ClickCallSell to create a website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?
ClickCallSell handled our web development needs. They built a website for us from scratch and provided maintenance support when needed. Key technologies used were WordPress and Shopify.

We worked with two people from their team, including Michael (CEO).
How did you come to work with ClickCallSell?
It was through a recommendation. We also chose to work with them because they were US-based; we saw website creators outside the US that were cheaper, but they didn’t provide the same level of quality.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $1,500.

We worked together on this project from January 2021–January 2022.

With the new website, we were able to acquire several new clients.
How did ClickCallSell perform from a project management standpoint?
They exceeded expectations in terms of timeliness, and they never went beyond our budget. For communication, we used email, Zoom, and monday.com.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their work and attention to detail stood out to us. They also have a very efficient process.
Are there any areas they could improve on?
It would’ve been nice if they helped us with copywriting; however, I think they weren’t offering that service at the time of our project.
