As part of the project, they also built a predictive calculator capable of generating instant and highly accurate auto shipping quotes by leveraging real-time data and dynamic pricing algorithms, enabling faster responses and improved customer satisfaction.

They implemented a structured approach, starting with a lightweight test case management system. Integration with Github Actions facilitated automation scenario runs on BrowserStack, ensuring comprehensive coverage across various browsers and devices. Zephyr was implemented for tracking, measuring, and providing an overview of testing activities. 

Key deliverables include a revamped QA framework, integrated automation workflows, and improved tracking and reporting mechanisms through Zephyr, hundreds of test cases and extensive automated scenarios based on Robot Framework.

In addition to introducing novel functionalities, the engineers undertook the task of modernizing the existing codebase. This modernization encompassed migrating the codebase to the latest Java and Spring Boot versions while addressing security vulnerabilities identified by Snyk through the appliance of patches, among testing activities - functional, integration, performance, and others. 
The team rigorously managed build and release cycles throughout the project.

At the end of the day, success was measured in the sense that we had a final product that we were proud to show potential customers to give them a better sense of what we were building. We had weekly calls to see progress and provide feedback along the way.

If pressed, I might suggest that they continue to maintain their high standards and perhaps explore ways to further innovate their already impressive processes. However, this is more a suggestion for ongoing excellence rather than addressing any shortcomings.

Overall, my experience with Cleverix was overwhelmingly positive, and I struggle to recommend any substantial changes to their current approach.
