What was the scope of their involvement?

To begin each process, we explain our needs, the company vision, and the open role to The CIB Group. Once they have an understanding of the position and our goal, they begin recruitment. Their team hosts ads and searches on websites, such as LinkedIn. Once they identify qualified individuals, they handle all the initial screening steps—including resumé reviews, phone interviews, testing, and training—before showing me the options. From there, I decide which candidates to interview.

The CIB Group reaches out to us annually to ensure the candidates have been a good fit and remained with us. Within their contract, they promise to replace any individuals who only last a short period of time, so their team remains available in case the need arises.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a high success rate with The CIB Group—almost 100% of the employees we’ve hired through service are still with our company. We’ve also saved a significant amount of time by using their team as our hiring resource because we don’t need to interview candidates who aren’t a match.

How did The CIB Group perform from a project management standpoint?

One of the main reasons I continue to work with The CIB Group is their ability to communicate effectively and clearly. We primarily speak through the phone and email, and I always hear back from their team with 24 hours.

Finding the right talent was the biggest challenge we were facing. We needed an external agency to help us find individuals to hire who fit our culture, goals, and plans. We wanted a team to go outside of standard recruiting techniques to target the potential hires we wanted.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In the beginning, The CIB Group spent significant time getting a feel for our business’ goals and our ideal candidate. They helped us define the offer so it would be better communicated and more appealing to potential employees. Their team goes through resumes and vets the candidates they feel meet our qualifications. From there, they distill all necessary information into a message that recommends the candidate for an interview and submits it to us. My team then handles the internal process, but all aspects are coordinated with The CIB Group.
