For what projects/services did your company hire Chillital?

we needed to boost our online presence. Particularly to design an effective marketing strategy to target potential clients using social media.

What were your goals for this project?

1. To reach more people and let them know about the service we were providing.
2. Design promotional videos, follow-up emails and onboarding strategies to increases numbers of students.
3. To build our exposure globally.

SOLUTION

How did you select Chillital?

We put an outline for what we were looking for on upwork and reviewed the responses. Chillital gave us a clear plan of how they would achieve our goals and we were impressed by the follow-up call where Dan was able to clearly demonstrate he understood our vision.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

1. Designing campaign to target and re-target potential students on facebook.
2. Google ads - this has been done from start to finish by Chillital.
3. Youtube - adding thumbnail, description, hashtags and redesign of text all by Chillital. Also he has setup the stories part of YouTube to keep our students posted.
4. Reaching out to find affiliates to sell our program and liaising with them from start to finish.
5. Reaching out to find influencers to sell our program and liaising with them from start to finish.
6. Designing giveaway campaigns to quick-sell our courses.
7. Editing and production of promo videos.
8. Collection and analysis of data using google, YouTube and Facebook - redesigning campaigns according to Data.

What was the team composition?

Chillital are always giving us excellent service. Always available when we need to speak. We have always felt the team was ready and able to respond to our needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our YouTube is undergoing very rapid growth (around 1k more subscribers every 2 weeks). Our revenue is increasing by minimum 20% each month (this month it increased by significantly more). We are successfully picking up new students every day through Facebook and YouTube campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very successful workflow with prompt responses from Dan every time we reach out to him. Further he demonstrates innovation and initiative, proposing new ideas and strategies whenever the current ones are dropping off in efficacy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Dan is enthusiastic and organised. Very disciplined and bringing always fresh ideas to the table. Chillital has become a vital part of our time and essential for our future growth. His understanding of the data is exemplary and allows us to plan and redirect our campaigns appropriately.

Are there any areas for improvement?

To be honest I cannot identify any areas I would wish to improve. So far so very good!
