We are a British Manufacturer of Digital Thermometers which proudly produces and distributes Thermapens and hundreds of other temperature instruments around the world I am the marketing manager.

Our website needed to be more user friendly for the the inhouse marketing team to easily update together with wanting to create a better user experience for customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a local company that could meet our brief and after a couple of meetings where we looked at past projects, their design skills and cost estimate we felt they were the right company for the job.

After an initial meeting to discuss requirements, the job proceeded with regular updates on progress with an agreed date to go live that was met.

We had a project Manager who kept in close contact with us and his development team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of the website we have received feedback from customers concerning a better user experience and the team are able to update more easily than they could previously.

Communications were routinely managed through Campfire and a weekly update Zoom meeting.

Their communication skills and ability to complete the project within budget and timescale were impressive.
