Areas of Specialty:
Public Relations/Media Relations: Since 2009, Chemistry PR & Multimedia has helped clients tell their stories not only in St. Louis, but nationally. We have a history of getting clients on 60 Minutes, 20/20, FOX News, CBS World News and 22 additional national segments. We specialize in local-market media from coast to coast and we understand how to help clients get exposure.
Video Production: Realizing that media outlets have minimal resources to cover stories, our team started producing video, conducting interviews, and shooting amazing b-roll for news stories in 2014. We did this to help our clients obtain local and national news segments. Since then, we’ve greatly expanded our video capabilities by purchasing a building with a video studio. Through COVID, our team heavily invested in additional state-of-the-art equipment to solidify our video production capabilities.
Event Management: When you have a high-level of expectation, detail driven needs and you anticipate a flawless event, our team knows that failure is never an option. We have produced 234+ high-profile media events nationwide. We can attest to the importance of pre-event planning, developing great relationships with vendors, and the magnitude of having the experience and intuition to execute a perfect event.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a custom home building company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Chemistry PR & Multimedia?
We wanted to build a website and produce a commercial for our business.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve had several phases during the web page development. They produced a Facebook template and reviewed it to make additional changes. We showed them two different sites we liked, and they created a combination of both to develop ours; the final product was then built on WordPress.
As far as commercials, they came out and met us at different job sites and produced all the photography, drone video, live videos inside different homes, and then edited them into the final product.
Each one of the commercials is based on different topics. One of them is a basic marketing commercial for our company. The second commercial is very specific to universal design, which is a design concept that we use in our homes and projects. Another commercial is specific to the work we do with the Gary Sinise Foundation and other non-profit organizations. The fourth and last commercial is a small remodel job that was done to a client who has ALS, and it shows how we worked through his troubles to create an accessible living space for him.
What is the team composition?
We mainly work with Chris (Owner), but we’ve had contact with two other employees of his that specialize in the website and the editing area.
How did you come to work with Chemistry PR & Multimedia?
Chemistry PR & Multimedia did the PR for homes we built for the Gary Sinise Foundation. We met them there, and we hired them directly to handle our company’s needs.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $10,000–$15,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working in June 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Chris has been doing this for many years, and he’s great. The professionalism they deliver makes their work worthy of any TV or news production. Several partners and friends have been asking about the work Chemistry PR has done, so I’ve been referring Chris to them.
How did Chemistry PR & Multimedia perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been excellent and on top of everything. We mainly communicate by phone calls and Zoom meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were great at implementing the changes we asked them to do.We’ve never worked with a company as professional as them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s something they can improve on — they provide a professional atmosphere and great work.
Any advice for potential customers?
Go into the first meeting with them with an understanding of what you’re looking for, just to make the process as simple as possible for them.
